This is hands down the worst financial service I’ve ever used
Transaction number LB-17430173452480
Leatherback is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I initiated a simple transaction, and over 24 hours later, the funds still hadn’t hit my Naira account. No real updates, no resolution — just generic copy-paste replies from support and empty promises that someone is “looking into it.”
To make matters worse, they claim the money was sent, yet they can’t even provide a basic reference number so my bank can trace it. The document they attached in the app? Totally useless. No real info, no clarity — just more confusion.
I’ve wasted my time, energy, and trust on this platform, and I sincerely regret ever using them. If you value your money, peace of mind, or even basic customer service, STAY AWAY from Leatherback. This is the first and last time I’ll ever touch this platform.
Absolutely disgraceful.
