Very efficient and great service. Will use again thank you
I inadvertently opened an account in August, when I realised it, I contacted the company and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They cancelled the account and refunded my money straight away.
This company sent an email to my 15 yr old son saying he had a free trial for a digital marketing course for millennials. The trial period was 1 day then billing at £29.90 per month would start. Unfortunately he’s 15 and doesn’t check emails. They have access to his Apple Pay info and got his email address. To the bank, this looks like a legitimate transaction made by mistake by a daft child so there is no fraud referral. He’s absolutely adamant that he’s never heard of them or clicked any links. Despite their website saying a 15 yr old can’t set up a subscription to their “service” they are not interested in refunding the money they took out of a child’s bank account. This is a scam, we are being given the run around by their phone line, website and email. Beware of emails from “learmarkert.co” appearing in your inbox or junk folder.
