My experience with Silver Heart…

My experience with Silver Heart Wireless Technologies/LearnLoopPro has been extremely disappointing. I repeatedly contacted the company over several weeks requesting an explanation of transactions processed under their merchant name and asking for refunds. Despite numerous emails, I did not receive a meaningful response or a satisfactory resolution.
I remain concerned that payments appearing under this merchant descriptor did not clearly reflect the underlying gambling transactions I believed they related to. I requested evidence of the services allegedly provided and details of the legal entity responsible, but these were not supplied to my satisfaction.
As a result, I reported the matter to my bank and relevant authorities and had to pursue recovery through formal dispute processes. Based on my experience, I would urge anyone dealing with this merchant to exercise caution and ensure they fully understand who they are paying and what the payment is actually for
