For both of my children ending the sessions was made impossible. Despite clear documentation they continue to withdraw money. The tutor was rude. Suggest you find another tutoring online facility

After numerous times over the phone for the past few years they still keep trying to charge tuition fee on my credit card which never took place and they keep apologising and gave me the assurance that they will fix the system and yet they have charged my card again on the 7th of March 2025 for Unpaid lessons for 24th, 31st October 2023 which never took place.
Please do not give them your credit card details and never engage them for tutoring services.

LearnEd tutoring is run by scammers who are waiting to steal the unsuspecting parent’s money through a fake persona of polite customer care, and stealing the customer’s money by claiming money for fake lessons that never took place, charges and imaginary billing “mistakes”. They charge credit cards, direct debits customers with fake charges without informing them. They will charge customers for lessons where the tutor didn’t take a lesson at the last moment. They will say that you bundle lessons are finished when in reality you might have a few lessons left. Their tutors can be extremely unprofessional but LearnEd will take the money from the gullible customers. LearnEd has done all these things and more with me and other parents too. If you are trusting and gullible with them, then God help you!

Aiden is really enjoying the lessons. He never liked any homework but he now actually wants to do the maths homework from the lessons.

Learned Hub has been an amazing experience for my daughter. Getting the right tutor can be difficult but Mahya and her staff made the process seem so easy. They worked with us to ensure my daughter's tutor was a good fit and could bring out the best in her. The staff are so helpful and easy to contact, nothing is a problem for them. We were not sure if the skype tutoring would work but my daughter loves it. The improvement in her understanding and knowledge as a result of tutoring with Learned Hub has certainly been reflected in her improved grades. She is feeling much more confident going into Year 12.

Learned Hub has provided a platform that works for my son. His maths and confidence with maths has improved, which has led to an increase in confidence overall. His tutor is very knowledgeable and patient.

LearnEd Hub is an inspiration! If you need a tutor you can access this virtual classroom anywhere, their system is efficient and their tutors high calibre. My daughter needed help with HSC maths, her tutor has been brilliant and she now approaches her exams next month with confidence. You can't beat that.

Learned Hub has significantly improved my daughter’s attitude and consequently, her ability in Mathematics. As a year 10 advanced mathematics student she has progressed since starting with Learnedhub 9 months ago. She has been encouraged and supported through the rigorous process of establishing the ‘gaps in her knowledge’ to now being a little ahead of her mathematics class in terms of new concepts.
There used to be a lot of frustration and disappointment when it was test or examination time, she now actually looks forward to these assessments. My daughter has progressed from getting results like 12% to now achieving about 70% on her assessments. I am relieved to have found a way to help my daughter. The Skype sessions work very well for our family. There is always additional support available if she requires it, the tutor will respond promptly to an email. The flexibility of being able to change a lesson time is also appreciated. I cannot thank this company enough for their personalised and professional service.

Mahya is an enthusiastic and experienced tutor, who has helped my son (17) improve his maths skills significantly. She has been able to find the best way to interest and engage him and has given him confidence that he can be successful in his HSC. He now looks forward to his sessions with Mahya.
