The importance of R and R.
I appreciate the combination of spoken and printed text, plus illustrations of what the body is described as doing. Those three factors combined ensure that I grasp and remember the content.

Evil organization. They Used dr amens name to falsely try to make them sound legitimate. Unknown charges to my MasterCard and they claim I used the services. I did not use it down load any if their "services" and they won't credit back. I see I'm not alone but they get away with it.

Not a good experience
There is a scam behind this app. I was reading the comments and same as them, I was charged 74.99£ after not using the app for 6 months. No follow ups on cancellation and end of subscription, etc. Be careful as they take advantage of their ‘agreement’ etc.
