This company are a joke. Their support line is only accessible by email and webchat and you can be waiting for an hour before they do anything, but when they do start they can never resolve the problem. The accounts functionality is very poor and the connection to Xero is flaky. Do yourself a favour and look for another legal software. This one will compromise your business

The system itself is not too bad but don't try and speak to a real person none of their listed phone numbers seem to go anywhere. We have an issue with the software that we simply want to be sorted out - forget it customer service once you have 'bought in' in is very poor its like once you signed up your trapped.

LEAP is a really comprehensive case management System and is fantastic at integrating the case management and financial aspects of matters. Our Account manager is always on hand to deal with queries and the capability of the system is far greater than we could have envisaged. It has transformed us from a firm that clung onto paper files to a firm that is now paperless.

LEAP is a great program with a pleasant and simple interface. It is easy to use and very well designed overall.
Unfortunately, after the latest update, some changes have affected the experience in a negative way.
The software was split into two separate parts – a legal system and an accounting system. This change has made daily work less convenient and more complicated, especially for the accounting department.
Nowadays, most software solutions try to integrate everything into one platform to make work faster and more efficient. Splitting the system into two goes in the opposite direction and creates unnecessary extra steps in everyday tasks.
I am not satisfied with this change. I am trying to adapt to the new version, but it is significantly less comfortable and practical than the previous one. The old version was much more efficient and easier to use.

We have been with Leap for 6 years now and find that Leap is a great system. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Leap is always improving and adding useful tools. Our account manager Daniel is super helpful and friendly. Overall a great package.

We have been using Leap Legal software since we started Lodge Brothers Legal Services in 2016. It is constantly evolving so that it remains up to date with technological advances. Colm, our account Manager, is always on hand to assist with any queries we may have.

A great all round system

Leap offers us integrated services and excellent case management AI. They are responsive to feedback and are constantly developing the app - the hard bit is keeping up but their training staff do a brilliant job of ensuring we do this well.

We’ve relied on LEAP for quite some time and consider it a first-class legal software platform for our business. It’s consistently reliable, highly streamlined, and supports our key workflows with real efficiency, helping us stay ahead of the curve.

The integration with InfoTrack, regular system updates, and the ability to generate files quickly all contribute to making our processes more efficient and easier to manage. In recent years, LEAP has also embraced emerging AI technologies, helping us save time and further streamline day-to-day operations.

The system is easy and good to use. Our only issue is with regard to where our courser is, is where things are stored. Makes it rather dangerous if the courser has been left on the Client Documents Share Folder and something drops in there, not for the attention of the client.

We have been using LEAP for nearly 7 years and it has made a genuine difference to how we run the firm day to day.

Leap have great customer support. They are on hand at the drop of a hat. We recently experienced issues uploading documents and Daniel Jones in particular was very helpful and sorted the problem out for us straight away.

LEAP’s continued development, particularly its latest AI features, has also added real value to our day to day work.

Clunky software with endless glitches, poor customer service, and ever increasing price hikes for yearly subscriptions, I can categorically say they are not worth the investment any more. Our firm has been with LEAP for 10 years now and we have tried to keep a positive outlook. However, we will now be migrating to another provider after being disappointed one two many times. Avoid at all costs!
