Terrible - no way to cancel after free trial

Awful experience. I've been on a free trial, knew after 1 day I didn't want to continue and have spent a week trying to get hold of anyone to cancel. I have emailed, send DM's and public comments on social media asking to speak to anyone to cancel and haven't even received an acknowledgement! I cannot cancel on the website, or in my Apple subscriptions section. I am now having to pursue requesting my bank to block the transactions as there is no other way to stop payments.

I really wanted this to be a positive…

I really wanted this to be a positive experience. I’ve been training with Lilly on YouTube for years and decided to support her by subscribing to the app.
Unfortunately, the app itself is very clunky. As an Android user, there is no way to stream workouts to a TV — something that is not disclosed before you pay. This was a major disappointment and should be clearly stated upfront.
On top of that, the Lean method is not customisable. If you can’t jump due to injury, joint issues, or personal limitations, there are no proper alternatives offered — essentially, bad luck.
Customer service has been extremely poor. There was no real help offered and no refund provided. The responses I received were unhelpful and dismissive — you can see this for yourself in the screenshots.
Overall, I’m very disappointed. I expected much better given how long I’ve followed and supported the brand.

The worst customer service (second…

The worst customer service (second experience). I tried to purchase the subscription as part of the summer sale on the last day of the sale. It did not work so I decided to contact the LEAN WITH LILLY Team via Instagram where they applied promptly and asked me to raise a ticket, which I did immediately. Waited for a reply for a couple of days and was then asked to send a screenshot of the problem (the summer sale had ended already and I was asked to take screen shots of the issue but ok). Took some screen shots (fun fact, the summer sale still appeared as online) and send it to them just to receive a reply two days later than when I tried to take the payment the promotion was already over. I am seriously wondering if the staff actually checks the entire issue and when the original ticket was created or if they simply do not care. LeanWithLilly Team, please do not reply saying we apologise but the promotion is already over - read before you deal with customer issues!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.
Whilst Lilly is a fantastic coach, the app lets her and her brand down. If you initially purchase via the website, you’re put on automatic renewal with no warning of when it’s running out. Then money is taken out and the customer service team just quotes t&cs from when you originally set it up (which is completely unreasonable to expect someone to retain this information a year later). Plus you cannot access any details about your subscription via the app, making the whole process weak and setting you up for this to happen.

Horrible horrible customer service

Horrible horrible customer service. Can't access account (says it doesn't exist) yet still charged for an entire year and when contacted to a. get access and b. apply for a refund, customer service didn't do either. Quoted T&Cs and when I then quoted back in ways the subsciption hadn't been fulfilled - delivery of services- still no refund. Love Lilly and her workouts but this platform and customer service are pants.

Horrible customer service and support

Horrible customer service and support. Constant problems, never any apology. Never any solution.
I love Lilly and her workouts
but her app and customer service team are not satisfactory at all.
Not worth the money just do the free workouts.
App crashes, can’t change meal plans. Website doesn’t have challenges that the app does. It’s a mess.
Staff take 10 days to reply to emails and then cancel the support ticket if you don’t reply immediately. Given it’s the 4th email I’ve used to try and solve their problems it’s not helpful.
