I’ve been working with my gym coach Christian since March 2024, and the transformation I’ve gone through in these past few months has honestly blown me away. When I first started, my main goal was fat loss. I didn’t want a quick fix. I wanted something that felt realistic, something I could actually stick to. And that’s exactly what I got. He built a plan that worked for me — training, nutrition, mindset — all of it. I dropped fat in a way that felt sustainable, and I was actually excited to keep going instead of burning out.
Once I hit that goal, we transitioned into a muscle-building phase. He took the time to adjust everything to my body, lifestyle, and how I respond to training. I started building lean muscle without feeling overly tired or risking injury. I stayed consistent, and I actually enjoyed pushing myself in the gym which used to feel intimidating before I started.
Recently, we wrapped up another fat loss phase, and I can genuinely say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I feel strong, lean, and more confident than ever, not just physically, but mentally too.
What really stands out is how much attention he gives to each stage of the process. He listens, makes smart adjustments, and always keeps me motivated.
He is not just throwing random workouts at you, every session has purpose. He balances discipline with encouragement, and he always shows up with the kind of energy that makes you want to give it your all.
If you are serious about transforming your body, building good habits, and doing it the right way, I can’t recommend him enough. Just trust the process and follow his plan. That’s really all you need. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health, and I’m so glad I started when I did.
