Thank you very much for this intensive yet inspiring week. I have learned a lot. The workshop gave me energy, motivation, and confidence to apply the VSM, FTA, and PMS together with the BEBV team and improve our processes.

My experience was very good, really the topics that we saw during the visit of Joerg were very interesting.

I was not aware of Joerg´s visit, but defienetelly was a really good workshop in Méxic. We spend time in operations maturity assessment, benchmarking, value-driver tree, and scoping a factory-focused improvement program to boost output. Joerg was excellent giving us some examples, the session was very productive and I´m convinced will make changes in our path. He is direct and open to questions. Also took the time to understand our processes and make REAL pharma recommendations.

Excellent experience with Joerg Muenzing, having quick and fair overview of actual production level. Not only showing the defficiencies but good examples from expierence with potential enhancements and future opportunities. Looking forward for cooperation in future.

I met Joerg during benchmark in our factory. Huge experience, full professional and very helpful. Hope it wasn't Joerg last visit in Brodnica and he will support us in transformation process.

Since I learn lean audit and I know where I am and how to improve my plant to world -class easy way , we would like focus act to relate performance. 5S is simply technique. another thing is policy deployment. if we know target clearly , it is easy to make good performance.

Really like and enjoy to learn the way more lean as world class company. For me it's fast and clear, direct and go to the point. it's start with small things such a great presenting, roadmap until in shop floor. Recommend if you want to open your mind, get high efficiency and effectiveness.

With Joerg Muenzing, I have been through a 3½ month Service Excellence project including 3 workshops along the way.
Joerg is very focused and structured and manages to create dynamism in the participant group and progress in the project. Joerg masters identifying processes that do not seem logical or value-creating so that they can be illuminated and discussed for optimization purposes.
The outcome was a clear plan for how we will work in the future with good descriptions of processes, ownership of the individual steps in the processes and set goals.

with Joerg it was a very good exercise " Great project MSLV5 SW wood for Daimler S Class " , on a very short period we have well reverse a trend working on the Process , mindset, organization ... the result confirmed with real numbers

Simple and great way to analyse problems and to reduce waste
I've took the Lean / Six Sigma Q course and it was a great way to improve my knowledge. I am now able to analyse and resolve simple problems at my company.
The instruction is clear and it's really nice that you get your knowlegde tested with small exams to see if you really understood the subject.

Looking forward to do the yellow belt....

I am Lean Black Belt on a division at Trioworld and Leanmap have supporting us since 2018 on our journey to reach world-class manufacturing on silver level.
Their support is great to assess where we are now (Lean Audit), to engage managers and shop-floor people in performance management, to build the strategy deployment roadmap, to map the current state and develop the future state.
