Company is a joke ordered on the 20th december 2023 recieved an email to say i would receive a tracker number once posted. Waited till 28th december so i sent email asking when i would recieve tracker number to be advised that they had no stock in. Sent various emails to request refund to be sent emails which seem to be just a standard copy and paste response. We are now onto the 16th January and still no product and still no refund as they keep dodging the question.

I would not recommend this company at all feels to be a bit scammy and only after your money.

I purchased an Indestructible Robust Bear for my border terrier for Christmas.

The toy lasted for 2 minutes before being completely ripped apart.

Item is not robust or indestructible and has a small squeeker inside which we managed to get off our dog before she ate it... DO NOT BUY.

Liaised with the company via email. Quick, polite response from the staff member who advised the item would have to be sent back to the company to which I would have to pay for the shipping after which I would get 50% refunded.

Company quick response time but realistically for the price of the shipping, it is pointless to send a destroyed item back to them.

Company easy to contact and good response time, no issue with the aftercare offered by the staff member.

Product is not as described and not worth purchasing.
