SCAM - BUYER BEWARNED!!!

I wish I could have responded to Mr Cahill's Review. i find it funny how they blame the Customer, even insulting you by suggesting installation guides etc..

Beware of purchase and Fake review. website is riddled with fake reviews.... Product is unsafe, wood is not pine, splice joints every 500mm or so, not 1 rail is full length, they even put spliced at bolt locations so it will fall apart.
Fasteners provided, cheep Chinese brands and grades, its a concern when you can snap a fastener with just the force of 2 fingers....
Processing tolerances are a joke, if they haven't drilled holes in the correct location all the draws have 5mm worth of play on each bolt, leading to flimsy, loose, unsquared draws etc.. Design of draws are a joke 'no draw rails!!' only wheels which sit higher than the draw face so each draw sags. No dimension or pilot holes for steps. Alot of unnecessary messing around.
100% unsafe for children. Made the decision to scrap it and throw away. Upon breaking down the build the discovery of short cuts, bad industrial standards and practices was out of this world. PS company will try to take you money and run, avoiding phone calls and not responding to emails.
This has been escalated to ACCC, hopefully no-one else gets caught out.

We bought a table tennis table for our games room and couldn't be happier! The quality is solid and professional, and it folds away easily when not in use. Delivery was quick, and the team arrived right on time over the weekend to assemble everything. Highly recommend their service.

We ordered a pool table in early August…

We ordered a pool table in early August after being informed the original selection had a 4-6 week shipping lead time. The company offered an alternative that was "readily available to ship," which we accepted expecting faster delivery.

It's now the end of October - nearly 3 months later - and we still haven't received our pool table.

Last week, we were told the item had been delivered. When we informed them we hadn't received anything, they sent us "proof of delivery" documentation that appears completely fabricated. The so-called proof looks highly suspicious and doesn't match any legitimate delivery we've received at our address.

Since then, we've received only vague messages stating the matter is "being investigated" with no concrete timeline, resolution, or accountability. No genuine attempt to locate the missing item, just endless stalling tactics.

Red flags:

Bait-and-switch on shipping timelines (3+ months vs. "readily available")

Fraudulent delivery documentation

Poor communication and no resolution after multiple follow-ups

No accountability or customer care

Do not waste your money or time with this company. Based on our experience and other reviews I've seen, this appears to be a pattern of taking customers' money without delivering products. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I wsh I could give it a ZERO/MINUS rating

AVOID AT ALL COST. I wish I could give it a ZERO rating. Leaf Living (Rainbow Imports) is a drop shipping company that will happily take your money after listing and selling the item 'in stock', with a 2-3 week delivery. A day after you get an email that tells you that the item is a special order item (which is NOT made clear anywhere on their listings for any items). In my case this was a birthday present for someone and the birthday was still 4 weeks away so I was happy to continue, but I also told them that if they were not able to deliver on time they should cancel the order, and in fact I asked for that 4 different times.

And this is where every stalling tactic was employed to delay the process.

Needless to say after 6 weeks (two weeks after I had to let the person whos birthday present this was that they were probably not getting the items any time soon. This was after I twice arranged to be available for the dates they advised they would possibly delivered. I was given one story on the phone and another in email. I realised that the item would probably not be delivered during 2025 and it took me lodging a case with Office of Fair Trade before they would cancel the order and provide me with a refund (still have to see if that is actually returned to my account).

Your order has since been fully refunded, and although this experience was far from ideal, we’re very grateful for your honesty, it helps us grow stronger as a company and serve others better.

Still waiting after 3 months

I ordered a pool table on the 12th July and still haven't received it. I have sent so many email for updates and all I get back is that they are looking into it and have escalated the matter internally.

I have requested a refund which they will not process, again stating they will give me an update soon.

I would not recommend this company at all. I feel like it is false advertising and they are unable to supply the promised products

You ordered our new 2025 K-leg pool table during its pre-launch period, when we noted a lead time of several weeks. Unfortunately, our supplier’s schedule slipped and, compounding that, our status update didn’t reach you clearly. When you contacted us, our team should have provided a definite answer sooner, this was a miss on our side.

On 13 Oct we emailed you with a concrete solution and delivery options for an in-stock alternative so you wouldn’t have to wait further. This situation is a rare exception, but the chain of misunderstandings is still our responsibility. We’re already tightening our supplier follow-ups, improving how ETAs are more accurate to be displayed, and adding clearer, proactive notifications so this doesn’t happen again.

If you could kindly reply to our email, we’d be grateful for the chance to make this right, whether that’s fast delivery of the replacement we proposed or another resolution that suits you, if you require, our manager will give you a call directly to discuss further.

Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

All the wrong parts for table tennis table

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We ordered a table tennis table and it arrived quickly. However it had the wrong parts. They were completely different to the instructions and the videos online. The table cannot be built and the company is not answering emails or phone calls. My 10yo soon is incredibly disappointed his birthday present and his saved money was spent on this dud.

We’re very sorry that a mis-packed connecting part from the manufacturer meant the components didn’t match the instructions and the table couldn’t be assembled. We understand how disappointing this was, especially for your 10-year-old. You contacted us over the weekend and we didn’t respond promptly, that’s on us, and we apologise.

On Mon 22 Sept our manager, customer service and warehouse team jumped in, confirmed the packing error and arranged an immediate reship of the correct part (with a pair of DHS 3-star paddles as a goodwill gesture). We hope this has improved your experience, and if anything is still not right, please email customerservice@leafliving.com.au and we’ll resolve it straight away.

Your feedback has already led to changes: we’ve met with the supplier to tighten quality checks and parts labelling, added a more detailed pre-pack checklist, and stocked more spare kits locally to avoid repeat delays.

I definitely do not recommend this…

I definitely do not recommend this company. It has been 4 months since I placed my order and all I keep getting is “we’re looking into it” responses when I chase it up, which I have had to do more than 5 times. Was told a manager would call me about it today but again absolutely no calls or messages of any kind which has been the pattern for months.
update: Was just told the latest updated delivery date is November! Over 7 months from when I ordered it. Even though the website says they have 54 units "in-stock" and they are ready to be dispatched.
Have requested a refund.
This definitely feels like a scam.

In your case, the shipment of trampolines was unfortunately delayed due to a rare and unforeseen batch issue combined with customs inspections. This created repeated delays that were outside of our control. Throughout this time we did continue to provide updates by email and also offered solutions, including a free upgrade to another trampoline size that was in stock, as well as alternative models and compensation options. We also reached out directly by phone to explain and discuss further solutions. We regret that the timing of communications may not have been clear enough, and we apologise sincerely for any misunderstanding this created.

While this was a rare event that affected only a very small percentage of our orders, we recognise that it caused you significant inconvenience, and for that we take full responsibility. I ordered a customised games…

I ordered a customised games table from Leaf and although it took around 7 weeks to arrive, it was absolutely worth the wait. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the finish is exactly what I wanted. The team kept me updated during the process and were always quick to respond to my questions. If you’re after something high quality and made to order, I’d definitely recommend Leaf Living – good things really do take time!

I've been using the soundproof booth…

I've been using the soundproof booth for a few weeks now. It blocks out way more noise than I expected, and it feels super comfortable inside. Delivery was smooth, and the setup crew did a great job getting everything assembled quickly and properly.

I can not describe how bad the quality…

I can not describe how bad the quality is. There really needs to be minus stars in the options. If I can save 1 person from paying money to this company, I'll feel better. Where do I start.. My wife got sucked into to the fancy website pictures with website reviews. She purchased a kids' bunk bed and was listed as ready in 2 - 4 days.. 2 months later, and after weeks of emails asking where it is, it finally turned up at a dodgy warehouse in Loganholme, Brisbane. I opened boxes to saw dust everywhere, on every piece (perfect for my daughter, she is allergic to dust). Nothing fits correctly. The holes are out. Not just the alignment but the depth as well, and we are not talking 1 - 2mm, we are talking 10-15mm. Multiple holes were drilled in the wrong places, and then attempted repairs. The paint is like it's been painted by hand out of a spray can from Bunnings. Instructions are basically useless, as the numbers don't match on the timber, and some don't even have numbers. Missing parts. It's honestly ridiculous how a company can sell this rubbish. I don't know how long this bed will last. It's not even really that safe. Don't believe the photos on the website. Don't believe the 4 & 5 star (FAKE) reviews. Don't believe the comments from the company. DON'T HAND OVER MONEY. Go in person to a homemaker centre or Harvey Norman's and look at the beds before handing over money online. If we didn't spend so much, I would put it in a skip bin.
