€5,000 paid. Written target: at least 10 extremely qualified meetings. Result: 0 meetings that we considered to meet that standard.
We hired Leadsify to run a Proof of Concept for outbound B2B lead generation in Scandinavian and nearby European markets.
Before signing, Leadsify’s CEO sent us a written summary of the engagement. It included a target of at least 10 extremely qualified meetings, a 3-layer qualification process, regular communication through Slack, and direct involvement from the CEO.
The actual outcome was extremely poor.
After several months, we had no meeting that, in our assessment, met the promised qualification standard. One meeting was only tangentially relevant as a possible partner rather than a prospective client. Another proposed meeting was clearly outside the agreed target profile.
The main problem was not simply that the campaign failed. Sales experiments can fail. What concerned us was the lack of useful learning and transparency. Reporting felt generic, and we received very little actionable information about what had been tested, what was or was not working, and why.
We raised our concerns several times and eventually requested a refund of the €5,000. Leadsify refused, citing the non-refundable clause in the contract.
Their CEO did acknowledge in writing that their communication and reporting had fallen short and offered an additional six-week campaign at no cost. However, the concrete corrective plan then took weeks to arrive and required us to chase them.
When it finally came, the proposed solution was a substantially different approach: founder-led LinkedIn outreach using our personal profiles, connection requests, DMs and voice notes. We decided not to proceed because this required a different level of access, involvement and reputational exposure than the original engagement.
On 18 May 2026, we formally ended the collaboration and explicitly instructed Leadsify to stop all campaigns and communications being sent on our behalf and to dismantle the associated setup.
More than four months later, we had received no acknowledgement of that termination email and no written confirmation that those instructions had been carried out.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Leadsify.
If you are considering working with them, I strongly suggest making sure the contract defines exactly what counts as a qualified meeting, what happens if the stated target is missed, what campaign data and reporting you will receive, and what happens to your data and campaign infrastructure when the engagement ends. And i'd refuse to pay in advance (I hesitated to do so, expressed my concerns, decided to trust them, and it was clearly a mistake).
