I am very impressed with the work that the team at Lead Mate has done over the last 6 months for our video production agency.
I initially had many doubts about the efficiency of those campaigns as we tried cold emailing in the past and it did not bring any results. And I was very concerned about bad emailing practices which could hurt the reputation of our local agency.
My business partner was contacted by Max via an email and we really liked the personalised approach so we quickly jumped in a call. I liked the way they pitched their service and how they focused primarily on a lead commitment and willingness to try a wide range of locations and sectors to get results.
They created a roadmap and an estimation of the number of leads we could generate from running the campaigns in the northern parts of Europe and the major cities in Spain. We just provided our approval as well as a blacklist of our main clients.
The rest of the process was very simple, we were provided with a few templates to choose from and then the campaigns started a few days later.
Quickly after, we received a few leads but those were not the relevant decision-makers. After a few adjustments on their side, we started to receive a constant flow of prospects from which about half are qualified.
On our side, we just have to schedule the meetings with the contacts we are transferred and then pitch our services over the phone. From the 40 leads we received we made about 10 proposals. We converted 2 clients after the third month of our collaboration.
Overall the experience is very professional and honest from Lead Mate. I want to thank our campaign manager Hajar for the amazing work she is doing.

Email marketing agency not able to respect GDPR: avoid !
Sends unsolicited emails to pull your email address into their network of leads. The data used to compile the automatic emails is clearly scraped from the internet in bulk without real 'intelligence' behind the data processing steps. Continues to be overly pushy in their emails and increases email frequency to trigger responses. Clearly violating GDPR rules, which is a big no no for an email marketing agency. Absolutely avoid working with this company: if they can't get their own promo emails right, how would they be able to help others?

We worked with Hajar and Paolo for campaigns in Paris and Bruxelles. The entire process was very smooth and fast. We just had to turn up to the calls.
Most of the prospects were qualified.

Spammers, most likely scammers as well.
I have no idea who these people are, but they keep spamming my e-mail folder thinking I own a company, for some reason.
Their first contact with me was along the lines of "it's been a while since our last contact!", despite me not having heard of them, ever.
