Excellent service. We made an error affecting the wording on a dogcollar, updated promptly before manufacture. Unlike many other suppliers, you can have many more letters and characters printed, handy for dog collars when you want surname + house number + post code + a couple of phone numbers. Although they say they have a processing time of 2 weeks on their webpage, ours was quicker at a little over a week. Thoroughly recommended.
