Myself and my husband purchased an online course Thursday evening link was meant to be sent within 24-48 hours still waiting on monday they contacted me after I put a post on social media and sent a link to me my husband on the other hand had to make numerous phone calls before finally receiving his link

The training was impressive, trainer Faray was interactive and engaging with everyone, alot of patient was personally observed, there was no rushing. I strongly recimmend Lead academy to all.

I traveled to London to partake in the Phlebotomy course, and It was a very interesting experience. We saw the equipment firsthand and got to practice on the mannequin arms, then each other with supervision from our teacher who was very helpful. I’d give this experience a 5/5. Would definitely recommend It for those who are looking to learn more about what It takes to do Phlebotomy.

Recently attended the ecg workshop it was well organised and the trainer was very knowledgeable and helped us understand throughout the session.

I had a great experience with this training class! The instructor ( Farah Hayat) was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The sessions were well-structured, interactive, and very practical, which made learning both enjoyable and effective.

Lead Academy helped me to learn more about phlebotomy and gave me confidence to practice here in the UK. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the training and I recommend this training centre to everyone who wants to be trained in specialised areas.

Farah was very detailed and descriptive. She highlighted procedures and how things would happen most often. Most of all she kept hammering on the importance of taking it easy and I found that reassurance and encouraging .

Clarity is given to learners and teachers are nice and patience.

Bought an acrylic painting course that was supposed to be a beginners course on different aspects of acrylic painting. Turned out to be a course based on paining with Gold leaf. Contacted team multiple times with no response .

I have done my lash extensions course with LA and It was a good experience very straightforward lovely lady teached us had fun when learning.

The experience was great. Definitely recommended. So happy for my first level. Booked for the 2 level already and to be honest can’t wait to start again. Faria was excellent. Very good teacher

I really enjoyed completing my NVQ Level 3 course with Lead Academy. The course materials were very helpful in completing the assignments, and the flexible deadlines made it easy to balance studying with work.
