I love the bags

I love the bags, they are beautiful and made well. I ordered 3 already. Ordering was simple and I did not have to wait long before receiving them. Customer service is great. They answer right away and are very helpful. I will be ordering again in the near future.

Great quality- terrible advertising campaign

I love the bag but, the constant ads on social media after I purchased it, made me feel like it's lower quality than I thought when I bought it. I found it on Google initially. I have been bombarded with ads after the fact. Too many ads cheapen the brand. I was happy with the quality once it arrived but, the ads are awful and cheesy.

I ordered ta purse and returned it in…

I ordered a purse and returned it in the middle of August and I still have not gotten a refund from this company. It is now almost the end of November. I did like they asked, sent them an email of the tracking number. It is in italy, in customs. So basically they want me to track down customs, even though it is in Italy to find out why they have not returned the purse to the company. I am a customer not an employee. I also had to pay sixty dollars for return shipping. Such low morale and disrespectful customer service. I am taking them to small claims court. I shop online all the time, and this has never happened in my life. Beware!

To properly investigate, we kindly need at least an order number or the full name used for the purchase. Without this, we cannot determine whether the reviewer is an actual customer or whether a return was ever made.

At this stage, several elements suggest that the review may not be genuine:

- We have no record of any customer having paid such a high amount for return shipping.
- Our customer service consistently responds promptly and courteously, and we have no open cases resembling this situation.
- We have never received any small claims court notice from any customer.

Speedy Delivery, But a return will cost you big time—returns must go to Italy

I thought the speed of delivery, the packaging and presentation, and the quality of the bag were amazing. However, I accidentally ordered 2 bags, the exact same bag, and although I tried to stop the second order, there is no process to do this. I shipped the 2nd bag back to Italy to return. It was a very costly mistake on my part. I wish there were easier returns and also, a way to send an alert not to fulfill an order if done within a few hours. This seems like a reasonable process to implement.

I was unhappy with my bag

I was unhappy with my bag. I went to ups to return it. It was going to cost me $350 to return-$50 more than the bag. So I tried the usps only to find that you can’t send leather goods from the US to Italy so it looks like I’m stuck with a $300 bag that I don’t want. I wrote a review about my experience and the company threatened me with legal action if I didn’t take the review down. So my counsel to anyone is to not order from this company if you live in the United States!

Hello, we’d like to reply to Jennifer, who left two negative reviews on the single order she placed with us.

Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it is absolutely not acceptable for her to make defamatory statements about us.

The issue arose because the carrier she contacted for the return, as she claims, quoted her an unusually high fee of $350. That amount, if accurate, does sound excessive and could indeed be considered unfair on the carrier’s side.

However, as we explained to her, she was always free to choose another carrier, for example USPS or any shipping comparator site, where the cost would have been less than a fifth of that amount.
