Valorant price was different before logged in and after logged in, and i asked the customer support why is it, and they told me " Due to factors such as region and currency, the final price Please refer to the price after logging in." isn't this like a false advertising with the pricing strategy? and the attitude of the customer support was terrible, ended my chat without asking me.

Terrible service
terrible service, 2 hours for an order and had to cancel and refund. Was told it would take 15-30 minutes as well, no changes in that time the whole time. Was told refund had been initiated yet nothing showing yet on paypal.
Absolutely unprofessional in every way. Not even any compensation mentioned, just straight deadpan customer support.

Misleading advertising and questionable business conduct.
Upon establishing a new customer account, I received several promotional coupons. I encountered an issue when attempting to utilize the $15 discount coupon, specifically advertised for first-time customers and applicable site-wide. This coupon, along with two others, appeared under the "invalid" tab and was grayed out, preventing its application. I subsequently contacted chat support to address this matter. During the interaction, I was provided with a small screenshot, which appeared to be copied and pasted from an unidentifiable source. When I questioned the authenticity of this image, the support representative responded in a language other than my own, leading me to believe that the advertised offer is under false pretenses. I would like to file an official report regarding these business practices and what appears to be false advertising.
