I really like the Media Grid plugin

I really like the Media Grid plugin. Have been using it for years. Sometimes the renewal, update, and license process is a little confusing and seems to require extra steps to log on. Occasionally the software had a bug. But overall, support has been friendly, responsive, and human, and the software does what I cannot find anywhere else.

Deceptive Business Practices – Do Not Buy

LCweb is run by an Italian guy named Luca. Since I started using his software, the experience has been consistently disappointing.

Originally, the product was sold on Envato with a promise of continuous and automatic updates. At some point, Luca unilaterally broke that commitment, forcing customers to pay for additional support just to receive auto updates — the first clear breach of trust.

Later, he went a step further and completely stopped providing updates, citing low sales as the reason. In doing so, he blatantly disregarded the lifetime license agreement that many customers, including myself, relied on when purchasing the software.

In my view, similar tools exist elsewhere — simpler, more reliable, and backed by developers who respect their users and honor their commitments.

I strongly advise against buying anything from this developer. Today he sells you a product, tomorrow he changes the rules and leaves you with nothing. This is not a trustworthy business.
