As explained in our previous communication, your two orders were placed on February 28 and March 6 during a period of unusually high order volume across the industry, with many companies currently experiencing shipping delays of up to two weeks. In addition, we are fulfilling a large number of pre-orders for the Liberty Bell Dual Date Silver Eagles that were placed months earlier, which temporarily extended our handling times as we process orders in the order they are received.

Despite the high volume, one of your coins was already shipped, and the remaining order was still within our fulfillment queue and scheduled to ship today. However, we received your first cancellation request on Sunday when our office is closed, followed by multiple additional cancellation emails Monday morning before our team had the opportunity to review and respond to the weekend’s messages.

It is also important to clarify that the pricing for these coins was specifically negotiated at your request based on ACH payment terms, which allow us to offer lower pricing because they avoid the significant fees associated with credit card processing on large transactions. After agreeing to those terms and receiving the discounted ACH pricing, both orders were ultimately completed using credit card payment instead of ACH, which differs from the agreed payment method used to determine the pricing.

We acknowledge that one of our replies was more direct than it should have been, and for that we apologize. Our goal is always to communicate professionally and provide excellent service to every customer.

Per your request, the remaining order was canceled and a full refund was issued promptly after our team reviewed your email.

If this were a legitimate order, the customer would have had multiple ways to get immediate assistance at the time: By phone, email, or by logging into their account for order status and tracking. We are highly responsive and committed to resolving any issues quickly.

Additionally, we sometimes have products that are offered as pre-orders, with clearly stated fulfillment timelines based on U.S. Mint release schedules and grading turnaround times on the product pages.

This individual is not a customer of LCR Coin and lives in Canada. He is leaving us a one-star review solely because we do not ship to Canada, which is clearly stated in our policies. Over the past few weeks, he has left similar one-star reviews for other U.S. companies for the same reason.

We kindly informed him multiple times that we only ship within the United States and that we could not make an exception to create an order. We encourage reviews to be based on real orders and actual experiences with our service.

Hi Jeffrey,

You never contacted us to alert us there was an issue with one of the coins. We would have gladly replaced it. Silver can spot over time and this coin is 28 years old. There was no reason to leave a one-star review when you never gave us the change to replace the coin or alert us you were unhappy.
