I ordered a child’s wallet back in August. My. Account was immediately charged. After a month I emailed to inquire where my merchandise was. I received a rude email stating that they had 6 weeks to deliver and suggested I needed to be patient. I have contacted them multiple times since with a final email requesting an email and notification that I would be contacting a consumer group. I received yet another rude email in which it did state I would be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago-nothing yet. I have contacted BBB and another consumer group. This company should not be in business. Don’t give them your money-plenty of other places to shop.

They are scammers. Be aware!

Excellent product. Reasonable delivery time. Only issue was product description was slightly misleading in terms of product capability.

They took R300.87 from my credit card when i asked why they told me about gold program of which they were lying and did not refund me.This company is very dangerous customers who buy online must be careful about their credit cards.I had to contact my bank and forced to change my credit card because of these scams.This shop must be banned and sued.

Close to 2 months ago I ordered window button stickers for my new car from Life Changing Products. I have kept in constant contact with this company regarding my order, but to no avail. They told me it was going to take up to 35 days for my delivery to get tp me. Well, 35 days and no order arrived. Now they are telling me it is going to take up to 35 days for a refund. It has been close to 2 months and still no refund. This is just another mickey mouse company out of China. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

You need to specify clearly on your website that your payments are in US$. I thought I had a good deal in Singapore dollars but realised after ordering that they were in US$ which were very expensive. any way I will never order again.

After buying an item delivery took around 7 days to arrive.. then the delivery company asking me for a delivery fee which was not included in the invoice.

Oh they don’t deserve even a single ⭐️ it’s a scam, beware of them, any positive review is fake 100%. I ordered a small item for use in kitchen, order was placed in Nov 2022, until now they didn’t deliver despite repeated reminders to them, secondly the pathetic thing they did, they did take 20 USD from my credit card without ordering anything else From my side. I contacted my bank, they told me to go on their website and check if your card information is still there, so delete it, I checked but I did not find anything on their website and I had not created any account on their website so I am shocked how did they do it, finally I went through the hassle of card cancellation and applying for another. Kindly don’t buy anything from this fake website.

Unfortunately some items in our order of Gift Boxes arrived damaged. After 14 days and several emails we still have no progress with any refund or credit from this company. We now need to look somewhere else to buy more Gift Boxes which has completely wrecked our plans for some special gifts.

Scam! The positive reviews must be fake. I ordered, some days later received message "temporary problem with delivery company, unable to deliver to your country". I am in Portugal, Europe, which is just a regular destination. Requested refund. Received refund but it is smaller than the amount I paid. Waste of time and energy,miserable.

We have emailed Life Changing Product company few times to two of their corresponded emails with us earlier.
initial enquiry was on possibly buying items and they responded very quickly.
Somehow, our emails to them on our broken red lights cap was ignored and totally NO REPLY from them. We have used the red light cap for few times only.

This company has NO follow up service when you have problems with the purchased products. However, if your enquiry is on new buys, they will respond.

Completely a sham site from China, don't get ripped off. Got something worth 50¢ for only $15, lol. Guess I got something though.

Ordered a floating solar pump for a POND and what came couldn't do a flower pot. The thing is worth 3 dollars top could put in a Christmas cracker. £2.50 in UK or 150 baht in Thailand absolute disgrace the product information was misleading to be kind. Absolute disgrace n they had the audacity to charge me 35 dollars

I ordered a standing light in Nov 2022 and as of Jan 2023, I still haven't received it...

I have this order [Order #1192312] (November 9, 2022) and as of today the 24th of December 2022, my order is still no where to be seen. This company has a tracking site, it said that the goods were delivered. Both sides myself and this company confirm that the goods are on wrong route, but resolution takes too long for me as a customer. They were very fast when they want to make sure that the payment is well settled, but when it comes to delivery the goods, they are slow and no interactive. As I write this, I receive nothing from my order (fully paid on Nov. 9th 2022).

I was worried I wasn't going to get the stuffed flamingo for my granddaughter, I sent an e-mail to the company and I received it 2 days later.
Very happy with the outcome.
