Beosound Stage Bronze
I’ve ordered the beosound stage in bronze via Prestige Creators UK by giving me the contact Laust from LBS.
The communication with Laust was excellent and the product just took 2 days to be delivered from denmark to germany! The product was very proper packed!
I can highly recommend LBS-B-O Frederikshavn and especially Laust!!

A level of customer service you don't often find in Denmark
Placed an order, but hadn't received any delivery confirmation by a week later. I responded to the original order confirmation email I received, asking them to disregard my request and cancel it. However, they sent it anyway, but offered no explanation for the delay at that time.
I lodged a complaint, and within 24 hours I was personally contacted by the owner who listened, apologized sincerely, fully explained the situation, and ensured that the issues I had would be rectified.

Absolutely to recommend. Best B&O Experience in Denmark without a doubt.
I am a B&O enthusiast. I like B&O products and their sound. Because of that I have interacted over the years with many B&O stores (brand or third-party). The store in Frederiskhavn is, hands down, the best experience I had with B&O stores. To their credit, maybe the best experience in buying luxury products punktum. The quality of the information, the level of consultancy, the thinking about the customer before the customer does, and the ability to keep the prices at the right level: all this at top level. I think B&O should model their processes on this store. Enjoy.
