Scam alert

Scam alert. They make returns so hard then deny that they received your package while My tracking number shows that it was delivered.

Beware / fraudulent company

Beware, this company is completely fraudulent. I returned my unused merchandise and not only did they not credit me back for my return they are completely ghosting me.

There must be a lack of confidence given their return process

Delivery took quite some time which is what it is, but the device, following extensive research, attempts etc, did not work for our hair. Well within the return period, the process is so difficult, laborious and drawn out before they will finally send a return label, all on customer’s account and a restocking fee in addition. Short of knowing this absolutely works easily and well for you….. DON’T

I had the worst experience with L’Brise…

I had the worst experience with L’Brise Paris and would never recommend them. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in a week. Not only did it NOT arrive, but they took 30 days to ship the first package and 50 days to ship the second.

When I tried to cancel the order after 10 days (because nothing had shipped), they refused, claiming the order was “already processed,” even though it took weeks more before it actually shipped. Because of their massive delay, I had already moved out of the delivery address by the time they decided to ship it.

Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and kept repeating scripted responses instead of solving anything. I had to spend a whole week investigating with UPS myself to even locate the lost packages—something the company should’ve done.

Now that I finally found the packages, they want me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee, even though the situation was completely their fault.

This company is irresponsible, dishonest about shipping times, and has terrible customer service. Be extremely cautious before ordering anything from them.

Save your hair and your wallet the trauma!

After 11 months of use the L'Brise Airstyler heating element died. It's useless without heat!
I tried contacting the company to follow up on their one year guaranteed warranty and even after numerous attempts I was unable to get anybody from their customer care team to respond to me. You cannot call them you can only message them through the form on their website and they do not respond. Either their customer care team does not exist or they do not deserve their jobs. In my experiences company has failed me as it clearly has numerous others. My recommendation, don't fall for the pretty packaging and don't trust their website that says that they have 4.9/5 reviews by +5000 Happy Customers, their isn't even anywhere on the website you can even leave or read reviews and if you check other sites you'll find that they have very low ratings. This company has no integrity and clearly does not care about their customers satisfaction.

Extremely frustrating & very unprofessional

I ordered a hair curler from this company over 2mths ago and no sign of delivery. I paid €245 including delivery & received zero response from this company. This is an absolute disgrace how they can take my money within seconds & not deliver my curler or even acknowledge any correspondence I have sent them.

Scam

Scam. The blowdryer blew out (literally, sparks and everything) after just a few months and customer service is unresponsive. 10 year guarantee is complete bogus. Don't waste your money

THE WORST!

THE WORST!! Horrible customer service! I returned my entire blow dryer which was worth over $200 and it has been two months and I’ve yet to hear from them after several emails and social media messages. A rip off!

Terrible

Awful experience. Trying to return product is awful. Went through their return portal and never received an email /rma or any instructions on next steps to return item? Filed a claim with my credit card. This company is terrible to deal with… no response even after multiple emails with them. All I want to do is return the hairstyler?!?

I purchased this item during the…

I purchased this item during the holiday sales rush, I did not want to keep it. It took multiple emails & almost 2 months to be sent a return label. The item was delivered & no refund. I initiated a dispute with my CC but they ruled in favor of the company because I copie the tracking number down wrong. The company is ignoring my emails & does not have any CS phone number or phone number affiliated with the business. Great business practices Lewis Sheridan - you should be so proud.

do yourself a favor & google this company - there are many more similar stories out there.

Never gave refund

I was looking at what this styler would cost with the discount and shipping and suddenly the button I clicked accidentally ordered the styler without me actually meaning to. I immediately, within less than a minute of it being accidentally ordered, reached out to customer service. They said that it had already been processed, which seemed impossible to me, and that they couldn't cancel it. They said to just reject the package when it arrived.
Well I was out of the state visiting my aunt who had just suffered a stroke and wasn't home to reject the package. When I returned and reached out to customer service they said I could only receive a store credit and would not receive a full refund. I told them that I wanted a refund since the product had never been used. I don't want to buy anything else from this company. After reaching out to the company time and time again I never heard back and now have this product I never wanted in the first place.

Coanda air wrap hairstyler

So I ordered this hairstyler and the very next day it went on sale. So I emailed the company and asked if they would cancel my shipment and my order so I can place a new order as it would have saved me $40. They said just reject the package at the door and within 2 weeks I would get my money back. So I placed another order and rejected the first package. I still have not received my money back for the first package even though they have it. I waited for the second package and tried it and the air styler that is supposed to curl your hair like the Dyson, didn't even work. The curls fell out within 3 minutes. I tried messing with the settings and I tried the cold shock and watched the videos and everything. No matter what I did, even when I used hairspray, it did not work whatsoever. So I tried to email the company for months. They never reply. This is a scam. Don't ever buy the L'Brise coanda hair styler.
