Funds blocked after full verification – Lazybar & NineCasino share the same system

I deposited funds via USDT at Lazybar Casino and later also at NineCasino, not realizing at first that both casinos share the exact same support team, verification process, and backend system.

After playing and completing all requested verification steps — including my ID, proof of address, a bank statement showing over €150,000, and the full USDT transaction hash from my cold wallet — they are still blocking my withdrawal.

They keep demanding impossible documents for a crypto transaction, such as the sender’s name, recipient name, and IBAN, which do not exist in a non-custodial wallet transfer. This shows either a complete lack of understanding of crypto or a deliberate strategy to avoid paying out.

Even worse, Lazybar does not currently hold a valid gaming license, while NineCasino claims to operate under an active Curacao license. Yet both platforms are clearly processing user data jointly — something that raises serious legal concerns.

I’ve tried to resolve this through support, but unless this is solved immediately, I’ll file formal complaints with Curacao’s Gaming Control Board, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers, and escalate it publicly across forums and social media.

Use these sites at your own risk. This is not how a professional operator behaves.

Update – Response to Lazybar’s reply:

Your reply completely ignores the core issues I raised.
First of all, it's simply not true that Lazybar and NineCasino are unrelated. Both platforms share the exact same verification process, support team, and backend system. This is not speculation — I have concrete evidence, including identical email templates, shared support tickets, and mirrored wallet addresses for crypto transactions. If required, I’m prepared to publish all this.

Second, you're asking for documents that do not exist in crypto transfers (like sender/receiver names and IBANs), even though I deposited via USDT from a cold wallet and requested the withdrawal via the same method. This either shows a complete lack of understanding of crypto or is being used deliberately as a delay tactic to avoid paying.

You also fail to address the fact that Lazybar is operating without a valid gaming license, while NineCasino claims to have one — yet both process user data in the same system. This is a serious concern and may constitute a violation of data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

Your generic response about Terms & Conditions does not justify the disproportionate verification demands in my case, especially considering I have already submitted:

My government-issued ID

Proof of address

Full USDT transaction hash from my wallet

A personal bank statement showing over €150,000

I will move forward with formal complaints to:

Curaçao eGaming

Casino Guru

AskGamblers

Crypto- and gambling-related public forums and social media

Unless my funds are released immediately, I will also explore legal avenues based on consumer protection and data privacy violations.
