The service there is exceptional.
I became a client after getting a free consultation during the last Independence Season. What I wanted was to get glasses because the ones I had broke. If I knew about their services before, I could have definitely saved that pair, but that's water under the bridge now :). At the consultation, they took my measurement and began looking for my fresh pair of eyes :). They went above to ensure that I was satisfied with my frame, which I was. I am content with the advice and support I received!

They always have a solution to the problem, whether is a hinge replacement or the entire arm. Service is affordable and done efficiently and promptly.

I can't remember the exact date, however sometime last year I believe, I needed to fix my frame and it was done very quickly. I appreciated the timely service.

Owner was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew how to order these Glasses. I needed the distance of the eyes in order to get the glasses but I had no clue how to even begin reading the prescription. He walked me through the entire thing. He answered the questions I had and gave me answers for questions I had no idea I needed to ask. His patience and optimism to assist me through it all shows that he is passionate about what he does ❤️. Thank you for such an amazing experience. You helped me make someone else Happy 😊. Love this company. Thought I had to buy a whole new glasses but I was wrong I got it back in a short space of time for a reasonable price

I actually was referred to the company by another glasses company who was unable to repair my glasses. I brought it to him and 1 day later it was repaired and unfortunately the other side broke. It was fixed and up to this day about 2 years later it have never broken. I really do recommend them for quality and timely service. And am 100% for support our young entrepreneurs.
