I did paid for orders going to 5weeks and no delivery likewise no contact. Is it a scam?

Do not order from Lazajoy, refund is at your complete loss, or they offer $10, then will offer $38, on your purchase of 110.00 CDN. Material on sandal and runner is made of paper/plastic, would fall apart in one day wear. Honestly L.O.L, Dollar Store would possible not carry these shoes. Be careful they could operate with different names. I have seen exact ad with different company name. I am burning them in a bun fire and L.O.L. maybe too toxic in fireplace. Shoes shipped from China…..L.O.L.

I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them then they Told me that I couldn’t get a refund and then told me to order another pair of shoes and they will give them to me at a lower price why should I buy another pair of shoes when I can’t get my money from the first pair that I didn’t buy so they suck

These shoes are junk. Took over a month to receive them. They are cheap and uncomfortable.

After waiting 8 weeks, shoes arrived ( after paying another £12.00 import / additional postal fees)
Arrived Wrong size.
They (lazajoy) suggested I can't read a size chart and suggested I sell them on because they wouldn't accept them back!
They eventually offered me 10% refund. They offered me a further 10% but quickly retracted it!
The shoe quality is rubbish!
Dont waste your money on these Robbers/ Thieves/ Scammers!

I ordered some 3995 dandles from them and it took 8wks for me to get them. I ordered a 9.5 they mail me a childs size what looked like 99 cent flip flops. I will never order again from no online nothing. Who are these criminals? I'm pissed!! Mail my flip flops snail mail and still rip me off!!! Oh well.. live and learn. I hope the 40 dollars Doo u.

Yokest, Sealucy, Kaaum and Lazajoy are all operated by Danjunn Ecommerce Ltd. It's a Chinese company with horrible business practices that sells poor quality knock-offs. Shipping takes weeks and when the wrong size or poor quality product arrives, they might offer you a small refund or discount on your next order that will be a fraction of what you spent originally. I will avoid any online Chinese retailers now, based on my experience and the reviews I've read about these companies. Please research company reviews before making online purchases!

Waited almost two months for delivery (COVID-19 ?) They arrived today and are exactly as described and incredibly comfortable on my OLD feet! May purchase another pair; a fall style.

Ordered shoes from this company 42 days ago and still have not received any package. They don't even return emails promptly. I have purchased a lot of items through China from other companies and has never taken this long . No updates on shipping available. This company has got to be the worst. Do not buy from them !!!

I don’t even want to give one star to this company. The shoes shown on Facebook look cute however the fit is horrible and they are very cheaply made. Of course they make it impossible to return them. I chalked this experience up to “I should have known better”. Please learn from my mistake and think twice before ordering!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on April 1, 2020. It has been 9 weeks and I still don't have my shoes. I requested a refund after waiting 4 weeks. At first they asked me to wait a few days. Ok, no problem. I waited a week, no shoes. They ask me to wait a few more days. So I waited. Still no shoes. Then they ask me to wait a week and if there is no update they will deal with it for me. My package has not left China. When I ordered the shoes, I didn't know they were coming from China. I would not have ordered them had I known. Now I'm going to my bank to dispute the charges to my account. Facebook needs to investigate the companies they allow to advertise. .
