So im guessing Layby will be going into…

So im guessing Layby will be going into administration? Sites been down for weeks and you cant buy anything so whats the point in having an account , Ive had my account years and summertime is best for sales and clothes every outlet has removed my layby from thier checkouts, my partner has just closed her account down and i suppose im going to be doing the same maybe ill get intouch with clearpay , shame realy as i prefered layby no messing about just 6 straight payments but hearing they are selling the business.

Still no amazon or ebay or a lot of the other shops 3 months this has been ongoing and still nothing and now the app under maintenance it would be nice if laybuy actually were truthful with customers instead of lying and saying we are aware of the issue and working hard to fix it so you can shop back at your regular places 3 months later still same old line

They called me last night asking me if I was on Tinder told them no, they said will put late fees onto my laybuy account if do not join tinder. The man sounded very fem. I heard grunting and asked what that was he said it was a bear on the telly, well I have heard the noise of a bear and it was most certainly not that.

I bought some Nike trainers

I bought some Nike trainers, through Laybuy and they became damaged, a full refund was issued by Nike, but Id closed my account with Laybuy, Jesse was really helpful and assured me I would receive my refund in full, even though the debit card was no longer in use too, I was kept informed and was really grateful for the help and assistance.

Clearly in a lot of trouble

Clearly in a lot of trouble. Stock replies to negative reviews. I read recently that they’re trying to sell the business.
This would link in with the myriad problems people are having, the fact so many really good shops have pulled out and their app being down for ‘maintenance’.
I had huge problems with them earlier this year and it took an age to resolve.

i have been trying to get a response from laybuy via email for weeks.
it’s saying i have over £100 in missed payment fees, yet i owe no payments. can someone please contact me as this is becoming increasingly stressful.

Understanding and eager to help

Understanding and eager to help! My card was compromised so they put my payments on hold until I receive my new card in the mail, voiding all late fees. Very friendly and quick to get back to me and help me. In their own words, they are “happy to help”!
