Excellent. After a Long flight the best choice you can do

I wouldn’t use this company! Waited about 30-45 extra mins after I land to find out that a lyft driver is picking me up. I end up paying more to this company then ordering the lyft myself. I followed the instructions to text them when I’m ready to be pick up, after texting them I finally receive a respond 10 mins after to hold for my driver info. 18 mins later I received my driver information. When my driver showed up I asked him what took so long he responded “he got the request 4 mins ago” it was late at night so I didn’t feel safe at all. Also the driver doesn’t know my drop off address which make me more freak out. The ride suck overall. The car smell like smoke, it was dirty and smelly, the driver didn't look clean himself. The customer rep didn’t look like he care to respond at all.

Was told by customer services rep online that they don’t have liability coverage for your ride! Don’t think it’s safe if I’m not cover by any insurance! I was going to book since I’m getting mix reviews from the customers on here. But found out you’re not going to be cover if something happen to you on your ride.

CANT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Had to wait for about 10-15 minutes longer than we expected, but other than that everything was great! Easy to use, affordable, and our driver Victoria in Sacramento was wonderful!

We scheduled LAX RIDE to take to pick up our son and take him to the airport. The waited until 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time and THEN said, oh Im sorry we don't have a drive in the area.

The fees might be lower but THEY SUCK!!! It's NOT worth it!!!

Company only communicates through text. Which can be frustrating when you’re in a rush. They asked me to text 30 min prior to needing to leave. Which I did. It took them 40 min to confirm a driver. And another 10 for the driver to arrive. When he did arrive, he had a terrible attitude. And that’s when I found out that he is not a driver for LAX Ride. But LAX ride works as a broker and calls LYFT drivers for you. After the first driver refused our ride, we contacted LAX ride and it took them another hour and three Lyft drivers later before we were able to head to the airport. In the end besides the driver LAX ride sent we ended up needing to get our own LyFT driver on top of their driver to take us to the airport. Terrible. So we had to pay two fees. One for LAX ride. One for our own driver.

My Driver Ramin, was amazing! Not only did he get me to my destination safely, he and I had great conversations on subjects we both enjoy. I would definitely request this lovely man to be my driver when I am back in Vallejo, CA. I felt safe and secure in his presence. He is a gentleman and a warm and caring individual. Thank you for hiring him. I hope to see him again!
