I started using Lawnstarter a couple of seasons ago when I couldn’t get reliable service in Washington DC. (A very common problem in WDC!) over & over again, hire a company & NO SHOW! Then I was issued citations by municipalities for overgrowth! When I presented my “evidence” of numerous attempts to hire service at the abatement hearing, the officials laughed at my predicament….& said, “Oh yeah, we know.”
Somehow I stumbled onto LawnStarter.
My grass is cut every 2 weeks!

Quick response from service company!
App easy (even tho I am an old lady)!
No citations for overgrowth!
Honestly, EVERYONE in the WDC area should be using LawnStarter.

My lawncare has been excellent. Easy to schedule, Customer service took care of the issues I had with the 1st crew that was sent...they were horrible. They actually listened to my issues and gave a full refund and set me up with the great people at Fernando's.
