The first time I used the service, I was not so sure. But the 2nd time with my new pro Tyler was awesome. Had the service scheduled for Monday but the original pro fell through. No big deal. It auto rescheduled to next day and a new pro was assigned. The new pro, Tyler, was an absolute professional. He let me know when he would be at the house, showed up on time, mowed the lawn within 45 minutes and BOOM like that it was done. Really really like how seamless this was - I don't like unnecessary communication and Tyler did not need to ask any questions, just showed up, mowed the lawn and was done with it. Perfect.

Although two days early Tina and her crew took care of my yard on wednesday morning, they handled every little detail, including weed, whacking blowing the grass away and looking at the garden that meet weeded. They paid attention to every detail. My yard looks better than it has in years .

Thad did a great job! We had finally gotten the pool up and had hoses running through the yard. Thad took the time to place the hoses out of the way and move the other obstacles so he could do a full job. Thank you Thad!

I'd give it a zero (0) if I could! My first guy, up and left due to personal reasons. I got a new guy from LawnStarter from "La Exelencia Landscaping" (Carlos) for the last few months my yard has been growing nonstop weeds, and I have Zoysia grass. On 11Dec2023, Carlose from LawnStarter’s "La Exelencia Landscaping" messaged us through the LawnStarter app to advise us that he would not be able to service our yard until Tues., Jan., 9 because "he is running behind" which is a lie, especially in the dormant winter months when grass does not grow, how can someone be behind??? He probably was going on vacation for 5 weeks…I live an HOA and need to maintain the yard so I sent an email to LawnStarter the 3rd week of Dec2023 asking for a new crew to mow our yard however, no one called me or emailed me back after a week, so, on Sunday 28Dec2023, I called LawnStarter, and spoke with Angel who genuinely did not care that my yard looks horrible now after using Lawnstarter and now has weeds all over the place, clearly your people do not rinse their mowers from one job to the next. I asked how they mitigate this (i.e., the weeds) and she said that LawnStarter does not fix people’s yard weeds….REALLY? She sent me an email asking me to upload a video and email it back to LawnStarter. How was I supposed to do that videos are too large to go through email, so I offered to upload to YouTube for the world to see, would that be ok? Angel stated, that was my prerogative. Huh, that was interesting! I continued with Angel on the phone and I requested to cancel the current "La Exelencia Landscaping" (Carlos) and advised Angel from LawnStarter how Carlos told us he would not be able to mow for 5 weeks and would be here on 09Jan2024, because "he is running behind" again not truthful. Angel from LawnStarter requested my gate code to give to the new crew and advised (and I received an email) me that my lawn would be serviced either 31Dec2023 or 01Jan2024, but no one came to mow the lawn! Today, 02Jan2024, someone came and mowed only the front lawn and left stating they were not given the gate code....what??? I gave the code to Angel who clearly did not communicate the gate code to the new crew, what did Angel do with the gate code? and the new crew did not complete mowing the rest of my yard. Therefore, I called LawnStarter, spoke with Shaneel, and cancelled my entire lawn service with LawnStarter company! I advised Shaneel that I will not pay for today's incomplete service and I want my credit card removed from your website immediately as I am unable to do this on the mobile app. nor online on my computer! Shaneel stated she escalated the removal of my credit card information to her supervisor. Terrible customer service and now I am going to have to spend a ton of money to fix my yard from all the weeds…

This place is Terrible the consistently try to up sell on the app and then your Pro decides not to show. You report the no show and the Pro comes out only to try to charge you triple for overgrown grass. Deal with another company
