Lawn starter is fabulous and respectful
Lawn starter is fabulous. They have always found somebody to cut my grass. I’ve had some people with them that have canceled on me and LawnStarter found somebody within 24 hours to come out and get the grass done. They always communicate if somebody does cancel or somebody’s unable to come and get the grass cut, whether it’s weather related or something else has come up. They always communicate when the person is on their way to cut the grass when they finished. And every single person that has cut my grass has been professional and respectful of my property.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. This company misleads customers with a hidden “3-service minimum” policy that they don’t clearly disclose upfront. When you try to cancel, they refuse and force you to stay locked in, even though they claim there’s no contract.
The lawn service itself is a joke — it’s like the grass wasn’t even cut. The edges were untouched, and they left a mess all over the driveway. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Do not trust LawnStarter. They are dishonest, deliver low-quality work, and trap people into unwanted services. I will be taking legal action and sharing this experience everywhere I can.

Great idea
I have not been able to find anyone to do the yard work. Everyone says they are too busy. I reached out to Lawn Starter and they were able to set me up with Rolando lawn service. They have only been here one time so far but they did a great job.

Looking honest reliable lawn service
I had lawnstarter during early spring summer of 2023, but canceled the account after they took out money from my bank account without a service being performed. This is intolerable we have enough in America with outside scammers.
