The Lawnstarter App was great, shows when service is complete & when next service is scheduled. Easy communication with the Pro if I needed to skip a week such in late fall. Highly recommend for anyone needing lawn service.

Steven was great! He was quick but also detail oriented and got my front and back yard looking perfect! He was also very nice and understanding to the fact that my 2 year old wanted to stay outside and watch him work. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely use this company again!

LawnStarter connected me with Christopher with CCD Lawn Services who was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Buyer Beware - Terms of Service absolves them of any liability from a third-party contractor!
I just moved to the area and found Lawnstarter.com, which seemed to make the process more convenient. The quote was reasonable, so I began creating my account with them; however, after reading their Terms of Service that I was obligated to agree to before moving forward, it specifically states they are a third party and in no way will stand behind the work for their external lawn contractors... no warranty, no guarantee, and no liability, at all. I spoke to their customer service, and in my attempt to perform vendor due diligence, asked for some names of the local contractors so that I may evaluate their reviews. This is absolutely necessary for me to protect my wife, family, and property. The representative repeatedly said "It is company policy not to provide the names and contact information for the contractor candidates." This is the worst business practice I have heard in a long time, and I cannot believe people would blindly sign-up for someone to come to their house every week with zero knowledge about them beforehand. BUYER BEWARE!! You should always know who will the the work at your house before you hire them. You should always obtain some references regarding their service before you sign away your rights, because Lawnstarter.com completely absolves itself from any issue you may have, and it is because you would have signed the Terms of Service. I do not recommend anyone accept this as then it is YOUR fault if something goes wrong. You have no recourse with Lawnstarter.com.
