Lawnstarter is super easy to use! Our lawn pro does a great job. As a military family we use Lawnstarter when my husband is away and we’re able to skip weeks when he’s in town and wants to maintain the lawn on his own. It’s convenient and affordable for my family!

I’m a lawn pro for lawn starters and let’s talk about this reputable company. I’ve worked doing lawn care for over 20 yrs. I started my own company 3 yrs and lawn starter gave me a bunch of yards to go with loyal customers that encourage me to start my own business. As a platinum member they match tips that you get and I like the deal hands on with my customers so it’s an open line of communication so we can start on the right foot and let me tell you they were matching my tips left and right then all of a sudden I get brought down to the next level and some of the customers have left lost order and asked me to pick them up directly because they were being screwed over they have a long grass fee that gets processed for grass over 9 inches. They have constantly not paid me that and it took me two or three times to cut yards. They will ask me to cut the yard and submit the long grass fee with false pretense that I will be getting paid for this extra cutting customers will not get their yard service for 29 days and and any lawn care Person knows in 30 days grass will grow specially here in Florida. I have submitted pictures with the grass up to the knees on my employees and I have a denied money for doing the yards. They take 40% of what the pay is was make you my ass fine but don’t take mine away but when I have to cut the grass three times Just to get it to the right length that’s time and money on my part. Their customer service is so rude and they try to fabricate things and work on the app so GPS is supposed to ping. They say my GPS doesn’t ping there just so they don’t have to pay the yards so please think twice before get your yard done with them because all they care about is money and not the customer or the provider that does the yards for them I’ve had one good customer service out of the whole three years and he has been fired for telling the pros How to navigate this app so we can get paid. So if you’re a customer, please not not use this app to get your yard cut because it’s not worth it the time the effort they don’t care about us who cut the yard or y’all they told us one time to mow a rock bed because grass was going through it with rock and it’s so obviously we asked him. Should we spray the house for rocks to break the windows because that was what will happen I said yes mow it and then they didn’t pay us for the yard because we didn’t mow the rock bed so please please I urge y’all in the name of Jesus stay away
