You may pay for service you do not receive
Paying for mowing service every 2 weeks since April 2025 at my brothers house while he is ill and not there. Got an invoice from City of Reynoldsburg for $358.75 For nuisance grass. Last mowing by Lawnstarter was 7/25/2025. On 8/7/2025 Reynoldsburg said the grass was 22 inches. No way the grass grew that tall in 2 weeks

The great experience is that , when I’m at work and come home , the grass is cut trimmed and cut . Plus your ahead of the game , cause my neighbors know it time to cut there grass ( knowing that they don’t feel like it ) . 🤣

Lawn was cut to exact specifications that I chose when I signed up for service. I barely noticed that Leonardo was her because he was quiet and respectful of gates and property. Very happy that we chose this service!!!!

My backyard looked like a jungle after the teenager I hired to do my lawn this summer quit showing up. Lawnstarter came today and I couldn’t believe what a great job they did! My backyard looked amazing and all the overgrowth was gone. Definitely worth it.

Cancelled twice and rescheduled 4 times…
Cancelled twice and rescheduled 4 times due to “inclement weather”. Only thing is, the weather was perfect every day for the 2 weeks I was scheduled. Went 2 weeks without my lawn being mowed while on vacation because nobody ever showed up. Cancelled service and would never use again. Do not recommend.
