The sign up service was far from easy
The sign up service was far from easy. I had to stay on the phone for half an hour to hear a sales pitch from a guy who's first language was not English. They say they special in seniors. Nope afraid not. it was in the $$216 + monthly for weekly mow. I spoke to a guy from this company previously and he said that he would call me back today which he did not do. It hurts to not be taken seriously just because you are a senior,

Watch for 'add on' fees!
Disabled retire on Social Security. Husband having surgery, and so could not cut grass.
Pro was great. However, because it was my first cut of the season, some of my grass was 'too long'—as a result they DOUBLED my fee. Then they refused to cancel my service.
Their excuse was that 'too long' grass was harder to cut/caused undue hardship on equipment . Seriously? I have cut longer grass with a push mower. to try to say that a 55 dollar charge for 'long grass is equitable is frankly ridiculous.
Their hidden fees break you.
Ripping off elderly customers is not a good business practice.
