After the work is done, you have the option to add a tip for the great work their providers do. (Ours is awesome!) They offer a whole line of yard services all in one place. Scam and Destroys Your Yard
They destroyed our monkey grass around our tree, mowed inconsistently - leaving some grass high and some grass mowed and have the worst customer service imaginable.
They didn’t believe it, refused to provide a refund and ask for pictures which are hard to capture. They told us that we’d need to file a property damage report for destroying our garden.
Avoid this business at all costs!

Sean did a great job with our lawn! We have a huge yard and he mowed and edged immaculately. He also cleared away 2 trees that had fallen down on our property. He did all this in 90+ degree heat.

I popped the drive belt on my own mower at the end of last week. The grass needed cut badly. Jayson got out here quickly and took care of my lawn. He did a great job and I highly recommend his services.

LawnStarter is there for us!
I’ve been using LawnStarter for four months. It started off shaky, because the crews kept changing, and appointments would get missed. Not by much, but we’d go a week and a half, whereas I was signed up for a weekly service. All the same, LawnStarter would work to get a new crew assigned. The particular lawn care specialist I have now, Joe, has been, and continues to be absolutely golden. He’s been our assigned crew for three of those months. He’s been here every appointment, and sometimes, will drive by, and skip because the yard doesn’t need tending (fall season, thus less need). What an absolute professional. LawnStarter in general has been making sure we’re getting the service we need, and Joe is tge right person for it.

Spoke with someone on the phone about removal of helicopter seeds from lawn. They would only do it if I also agreed to 3 mows so I said OK since the seed removal is an annoyance my husband and I have dealt with for past few years. When the crew came out to do the service, they mowed (in a haphazard way) and then knocked on the door to say they couldn’t do the seed removal. Didn’t have proper tools. So I was charged $54 for the 3 mows (which I didn’t really need) and didn’t get the service that I actually wanted. Poor communication throughout process. When I tried to cancel service after the first experience, a second crew still showed up even though I didn’t want the remaining mows.
