Terrible professionalism and overall service, with poor results. I recommend shopping around and carefully asking numerous questions before working with this company. We used them on 14,000 SF lawn 3 years in a row and each year the lawn looked worse... mostly blaming customer, or landscaper for lawn fungus, lack of nutrients and general appearance. They never tried to remedy our dissatisfaction just sell us more product and services.Yet we observed them applying fertilizers incompletely and frequently missing whole areas, therefore the lawn did not get adequately treated with the nutrients and weed control needed. I cannot recommend them.

Great Business Model!
I am in my sixth year of business with the franchise and my business has grown every single year in terms of customers, revenue and profit. Its a great business model to follow that really works and with a great support network. As well as a very successful and profitable family business, it allows me to have a fantastic work life balance.

I've been a Lawnscience franchisee since February 2018, I'd spent the previous decade working in the broadcasting industry but wanted to find something more flexible and closer to home so I could spend more time with my family. I had a great launch, largely due to the massive amount of marketing Terry puts in place for you initially, and found myself surprised at how much money could me made almost immediately. Fast forward to today I have an extremely profitable, minimal stress, one van business which gives me the flexibility to look after my kids/do the school runs etc while making a very healthy living. This has left me in the perfect position to scale up the business once my childcare commitments have reduced. Buying this franchise was the best move I ever made, I love the interaction with all my customers and working in the outdoors - much of the time in some truly beautiful gardens! It's helped me become fitter and happier (and wealthier) than I've been at any stage in my life and would happily recommend Lawnscience for anyone looking for a different way of making a living

Lawnscience has a sound business model that allows you to build a profitable business with a steady stream of repeat revenue. The rewards obviously depend on the effort you put in but there is great support from both the franchisor and the network of franchisees. I have no regrets about joining Lawnscience and renewing the franchise at the end of my initial 5 year term was an obvious decision.

Joining this franchise was a great move, I started 3 weeks befor covid hit and lockdown happend. But this business showed me it can stand even the hardest of test, and I made the right decision.
All in all, Lawnscience is great business to join, with great support with years upon years of experience across the business. So you know you have a pool of experience to call upon when needed.

I've been with the franchise for 14 years and in that time Terry has been consistent with his advise and encouragement. This helped me build my business whilst giving me the freedom to manage my own day. My children were young when I started and it enabled me to more actively involved. There's also the flexibility in how you want to grow the business depending on your goals. It couldn't have worked better from me.

I took on a Lawnscience Franchise in a new area in 2022. After a slow start in the beginning due to the cost of living crisis, the business really gained traction and continues to grow week on week. I follow all the guidance on marketing, and reap the rewards of the work. The day to day work isn’t difficult and being outside is great. It’s been a life changing experience for me; if you are motivated, capable of following advice and good with people, it’s a good choice.

Excellent franchise business to join. The Lawn Care industry is a great place to work and extremely rewarding as you watch your business quickly grow. Work/life balance was very important to me and the Lawnscience business model has allowed me to achieve that. Support from the Franchisor is available 24/7 and you also have the added benefit of a network of fellow franchisee's to tap into their vast experience.

Great business model in a very profitable industry with a nice, flexible lifestyle. Lots of scope to always earn more money and a support network for sharing info and tips to help the business run more efficiently. Follow the advice from Terry and you'll have a successful and profitable lawn care business sooner than you'd think. The franchise gives you the opportunity to run a great business, with the customer experience being at the forefront of attention unlike some that have some very unsavoury terms. Like any business, you have to work hard initially but the Lawnscience franchise provides everything you need to get established as quickly as possible and also continue growth at a rate you are comfortable with. Advice is always available when required along with a network of other franchises across the country to bounce ideas off.

We used Lawnscience on the recommendation of friends. While we understood it would take time to show results, we failed to see any improvement in our lawn condition.
We contacted our friends who now had the same problem as us and when we contacted them (Matthew), refused to return and rectify the position. Surely you have a responsibility under your work guarantee to rectify faulty work? Very poor quality service for a substantial fee! Never again would be too soon. We would advise against using this business
