Showed up for 1 out of 4 scheduled…

Showed up for 1 out of 4 scheduled services. Then after threatening (Telling me he would refund me but if I didn't take down the review he would "take care of it" and that "I didn't want to do it the hard way if I knew what was good for me".) and making multiple calls from a hidden number, refunded 67% of the money that was owed. Did it quickly so as to avoid a fraud case with credit card company. Clearly not the first time he has used both these tactics.
