So far very poor and unprofessional service
I was initially told that the work would be completed within 6 weeks, but this target has been completely missed. The delays have been unacceptable and poorly managed throughout.
The lawyer assigned to my case was extremely disappointing. He appeared unable to properly interpret a Title Deed and then produced a legal document that was riddled with errors. I raised these issues promptly, yet 19 days later I am still waiting for any response.
I was then assured that a new lawyer would be assigned within 48 hours. A week has now passed and no replacement has been provided.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication, missed deadlines, and poor quality of work make it impossible to recommend this service.

Despite several emails and repeated assurances that I would receive a response within 24 hours (or sooner), I can confirm that I have not received any substantive reply from Lawhive.
It has now been over three months since I instructed Lawhive, and my legal work remains incomplete. This level of delay is wholly unacceptable, particularly given the commitments that have been made regarding response times and progress updates.
I would be grateful if Lawhive could provide an immediate update on the status of my matter, together with a clear timescale for completion of the outstanding work.

This company has been a total shambles
This company has been a total shambles. No response from phone calls and protracted delays in response to email. To the point that we were unsure anyone actually worked there. Information when it was extracted was drip fed, each time followed by another long period of silence. This should have been the most simple of transactions with all parties in total agreement, and yet it appears to be beyond their capabilities. My advice, never use this organization unless you have no other option. Beware the company that asks for money in advance!

Transfer of money didn't happen on day of sale
Everything was fine with the paperwork until Lawhive Legal didn't pass on the money from the sale for 24 hours. This was enormously stressful and we only received a generic "apologies for any inconvenience" email. We were promised the money would be transferred in 2 hours on the day of sale but no one checked.
