Scam company, be aware. The free trial is a bait and they will steal money with no refund even though they say they will refund in 30 days.
Your reply below is a lie, you claim you dont want people to be surprised but you never send any invoice for the billing. You charged me twice for monthly unused service and that charge is more than your annual billing plan. Look at all the complaints for the scam charges you are billing.
DO NOT BUY from this company, they are scammers and their business is essentially trapping and billing innocent people and never informing them of any charges. STAY AWAY.

With AI I should now be able to get questions answered immediately. Maybe I can now that I purchased a license.-Got a license and no, their AI is insufficient relative to other AIs. And now that I have attempted to do some edited of the documents, I find the edit for their text is very difficult to work with. Maybe its me, but I've spent a lot of time with word, adobe etc, and this is a pain to use as an editor. So, my rating, 3 stars, remains at 3 stars.

Fleeting convenience for likely minimal value.
While the success of a single document is critical to this company’s subscribe-and-forget business model, this organization does NOT provide a conciliatory one month fee refund when you do become aware of the recurring fees and call to cancel. Escalation of the request leads you to an over-talking gatekeeper who from a script denies the request and any further escalation. As per their own data, 10 million subscribers created 20 million documents. So 2.0 average per sucker. What percentage of us do you think then used it for a single document and incurred repeated fees at zero value? Trustpilot ranks them on the bottom of their category for a reason. Hopefully you are reading this before securing to their fleeting convenience.

BEWARE
BEWARE: I clicked on a FREE to use Rental Form Template and it took me to their website.
I entered the data for the Form and then was routed to a SUBSCRIPTION page that was mandatory with Credit Card.
I left the Site at that point and I told them to delete my data and that they did NOT have authorization to use it.
They told me I had to CREATE a Password for the Account they automatically set up for my email address before my data could be deleted.
WHAT A SCAM. BEWARE.
