I had been investigating the possibility of dual citizenship or residency in Austria for the last 4 years. I had not received accurate guidance from the government or local authorities. The first family law firm I contacted would not take my case. I found the Law Experts firm in Innsbruck on the internet. After a brief but immensely helpful email exchange, I traveled to their office and hired them to guide me through the residency visa, which they determined was my best option. It took less than 8 months for me to successfully obtain my visa, which was a complicated process that I never would have navigated without their help. I recommend them as highly as possible for their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency.

I initially engaged Law Experts about creating a company in Austria and after some confusion between us as we established that residency had to be the first goal. They were very helpful in establishing the health insurance requirements and talking to the authorities in Vienna because many European bureaucracies do not understand that the NHS is NOT an insurance scheme.

Then the pandemic happened and essentially changed the nature of my business forever meaning that I can sell my services from outside the EU. I was then accused of living in Austria unlawfully and Law Experts spent months during and after the pandemic straightening things out with government departments in crisis.

Just wanted to say a big "THANK YOU!!!" to Magdalena Atzl at Law Experts here in Innsbruck. I contacted them regarding some official looking correspondence which came in the mail. As German is not my first language, I could not understand the documents 100%. So, I decided to call Law Experts. Luckily for me Magdalena answered the phone and was able to help. She quickly explained to me the contents of the documents and offered some great advice. On top of that, she did some additional research and also contacted the party which had sent me the correspondence. She proceeded to negotiate with them on my behalf which resulted in an outcome which was beneficial for both parties! Less than 10 days later I received a notice explaining that no further action would be taken. How cool is that?? Without the help of Law Experts and especially Magdalena Atzl, I would probably still be going through a confusing process and looking at a "fine"of close to 1,000 Euros. If you are having any legal challenges or maybe you (like me) don't quite understand the system here in Austria, do yourself a favour and contact the Law Experts before things get worse!
