We couldn't be happier with our first experience at Lavner Education. My stepdaughter (age 13) did Graphic Design and my stepsons (ages 8 and 11) did the STEAM Escape room camp, and both programs were... See more

My son loved this camp!
The camp is well organized with well trained staff. The experience was confidence boosting and empowered my son to share what he learned with his friends.
My son raves about these camps
My son has attended Lavner camps at Mt. Vernon two summers in a row now, and it's the only camp he has ever truly raved about. He talks the whole way there and back about his experience. Worth every penny. Excited for his little brother to have his turn this summer, too!
My son loved the Minecraft camp
My son loved the Minecraft camp! They have them spend lots of time outside too so I didn't feel so bad about the extra screen time. My son's instructor was great and he can't wait to come back!
My daughter has been going to Lavner…
My daughter has been going to Lavner camp for several years and the classes are selected based on her preference along with 1 or 2 classes of my choice. She has taken classes at 2 sites and the experience is exactly the same. The administrators are easy to work with and are great at advising courses for 1st time campers. Most importantly, the instructors are knowledgeable about the subject matter and provide hands on experience for the campers. Today, my daughter is considering a career in coding, and in her spare time she designs and sews her own clothing using a sewing machine. These were all direct experiences from Lavner Camp. Your camps have shaped and influenced my daughter's preliminary career choice and pastime hobby while allowing her to carry the experience in her STEM classes during the school year.
Although, I love the STEM camps I would also love to see additional camps in languages and finances for kids.
Lavner has it all
There are 3 components of a great summer camp:
Kids love it, Kids learn something, Instructors and administration makes an experience positive not only for kids but also for parents.
Lavner camps at Rice (Houston) meet all those criteria.
This is the 3rd year when my almost 10 years old participates in STEM summer camp located at Rice University and the first year that 6year old joined in. Both love the experience ( we also tried an extended day this year) and want to continue in a future. Please note they have NOT been in the same camps so there is no factor of brotherhood involved.
We love the camps because kids are excited about them and because of administration/ directors and staff that are ALWAYS available, professional, friendly and ready to address any situation even .....weather related. Special kudoos for Director Jasmine here . Finally I appreciate an easy on line access, registration, navigation and program management. In short- we are here to stay: Dr Agnes Kondartowicz & family
PS One humble suggestion to national management : Perhaps you can consider some loyalty discounts for the families who come back year after year. It would certainly help
Thank you again for your great work.
Python
My son enjoyed attending the Python & App Development camp at Rice University. This was his first time using the program and appreciated the individual attention he received in class. Highly recommend! Thank you.
