Paypal
First redemption request, hopefully debit cards are not declined just to get my bank information. First online casino that declined my debit card, which is weird because I purchase coins with the same card....ill have to wait and see.
Yep.... got message my paypal debit card declined deposit... I used same card for couple years other sites, never was s problem. And I used card to make coin purchases on Lavish site , paypal went through no problem.
Here's another point, if transactions of any kind is declined, PayPal ALWAYS SEND ME NOTIFICATION SAYING TRANSACTION IS DECLINED.... I GOT NOTHING FROM PAYPAL SAYING THEY DECLINED ANYTHING FROM LAVISH. IF I COULD CHANGE READING TO ZERO..I WOULD.
I WILL ALSO SUBMIT ONE STAR REVIEW EVERYDAY IF LAVISH DOES NOT DEPOSIT MY MONEY.

We’re very sorry for the frustration with your first redemption request, especially since the same PayPal debit card worked for purchases. PayPal redemptions are subject to a shared transaction quota across all users. When that overall quota is fully used, PayPal redemptions may be temporarily unavailable until the quota refreshes. In the meantime, we recommend trying bank card redemption, which does not have the same usage restrictions. Please contact our support team through the in-game support channel so they can review your redemption status and help you complete the process.
One of the best!!!!

My relationship started with them with…
My relationship started with them with the misleading 24hr cashback guarantee. It was not 24hrs cashback it was actually split up into portions given to me over a time period of 1 week. Customer service took an obscene amount of time to respond. Next I just kept losing no matter how many times I loaded it was a loss. I play daily so I know you can't win 'em all but this was just to a point where I just couldn't load with them anymore just to suffer another crushing loss. Not one I will ever invest another penny into. *DO not believe that response. I talked to them and waited 12hrs for a response*

#1 thing to know- POS are in Hong Kong
#1 thing to know- POS are in Hong Kong, so they think they are untouchable
#2 they monitor your wins, and allow you to win
#3 expect nothing but generic answers if you need help. They pretend they can't understand English.
They will always ask you to upload a screen recording of the simplest problem, but guess what? There POS application won't let you upload anything so it's a futile pointless request.
Sure I've won. But when they feel like it, then they'll flip the switch and yoi will experience nothing but losses.
Let their executives experience POVERTY. Let it begin now. By next year, let them no longer exist. May all their assets be lost. Every resource they own run dry. Then they can kiss our American assets.
God bless

We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, both with your gameplay and with the support process. We understand how repeated losses can feel discouraging and may make the game feel unfair.
Please be assured that our games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which means every result is random, independent, and not controlled or influenced by our team. Our platform is designed for entertainment, and outcomes cannot be predicted, adjusted, or guaranteed for any player.
We also apologize if our support replies felt generic or unhelpful. That is not the level of service we want to provide. Please contact us directly through the in-game customer support channel, where our 24/7 live agents can assist you. We also recommend checking your in-game inbox in case any message from our team was missed.
Regarding the screen recording upload issue, we understand how frustrating it is to be asked for evidence and then be unable to submit it. Please report this through in-game support and include as many details as possible, such as the slot machine name, approximate time of occurrence, your device model, app version, and what happened when the upload failed. If any game or technical issue is verified, our team will review it and provide an appropriate resolution.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and would like the chance to properly investigate your case.
Mail-in sweepstakes entries not…
Mail-in sweepstakes entries not credited and no resolution
I received my mail-in sweepstakes credits normally until March 2026. Since then, I have continued submitting my entries according to the published rules, but my subsequent valid entries have not been credited.
I contacted Lavish Luck customer support multiple times. My case was escalated for investigation, and on July 21, 2026, I was told that the investigation was still ongoing and that I would receive an update. I have not received a resolution.
After months of trying to resolve this directly with Lavish Luck, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am simply requesting that Lavish Luck complete its investigation, explain what happened, and credit any valid mail-in entries that remain unprocessed.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and for the frustration this has caused. We understand your concern regarding mail-in sweepstakes entries that you believe were submitted according to the published rules but have not appeared on your account.
This may be related to one of our event promotions or to the review process for mail-in entry submissions. To allow our team to properly investigate, please contact our customer support team again through the official in-game or website support channel and include any supporting information you have, such as screenshots of prior support conversations, ticket numbers, mailing dates, copies/photos of submitted materials if available, and any tracking or envelope details.
Please also mention that your case concerns an overdue mail-in sweepstakes entry investigation so it can be routed for review. Our support team will check the available records and provide an update based on the applicable promotion rules and the information on file.

Lavish Luck Casino machines seem…
Lavish Luck Casino machines seem rigged. It looks like you have to buy a bonus just to get one, and when you do, it doesn’t pay anything. And that little side game where the jackpot is supposed to drop randomly? Never happens. I suggest checking reviews before playing on this site because honestly, I’ve wasted way too much money. If you ever win anything redeem your money and never look back.

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has felt, especially after purchasing a bonus feature and not receiving the results you expected, as well as feeling that the side jackpot never drops.
Please know that all game outcomes, including bonus results and jackpot events, are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. Wins, losses, bonus payouts, and jackpot timing can vary significantly due to the random nature of sweepstakes-style games, and no player is prevented from winning. Our games are also reviewed and audited for fairness.
That said, we understand your concerns and would like to look into your specific gameplay history. Please contact our support team through the in-game support channel and provide your user ID so we can review your recent activity and check whether anything unusual occurred.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we also encourage all players to play responsibly.
