Do not use. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back from an order I placed on 11th December. My order status still says "processing". I have tried to contact them via email, WhatsApp and Facebook message. No reply. This was a gift for what is probably my Mam's last Christmas. Gutted.

I placed an order on 23rd November. I received an email confirming my order but have heard nothing since despite sending three emails to request an update.

If there were 10 stars I'd definitely press all. I can honestly say from placing the order to communications and the product itself was all 10/10. The bracket is absolutely stunning and holds such perfect meaning. Thank you so so much 😍

Found exactly what I was looking for on their website, a glass pendant to put some of my late best friends hair in.
