Best business around for all your personalised baby needs! All the clothing/accessories are great quality and well made. I’ve loved every piece I’ve bought from them over the two orders I’ve placed - and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Such a lovely business, the lady running it/the social media is so lovely too, highly recommend also following their social media pages to see all their new products and get a better idea of different styles/fonts and all things baby they offer! Can’t wait for my next order 😁

We are super disappointed to see you have left us a one star review Elysia and that you are not happy with the quality of your £12 personalised T-shirt purchased from our small business.
We have taken a look at our email correspondence with yourself and can confirm that you contacted us as you were not happy with how we finish our embroidered items. You advised us that you were going to purchase a cover for your embroidery as you felt our thread was very sharp. We advised yourself that we were super surprised to hear that the thread was sharp, as we have never had any complaints informing us of this in the past and have never known of sharp thread. As thread is a super soft cotton texture. You provided us with images of the insides of your items, of which we confirmed that the embroidery finish was as expected and how each of our embroidered items are finished.
We are super surprised by your comment made that 'we stated there is nothing we can do' as we cannot find this comment within our email correspondence with yourself. We can see that you advised us that you would be paying someone to put some anti rub backing over the thread, of which we advised you're more than welcome to do so, if this was something you would like to do.
Once again we are super disappointed by this review, as we feel this is not a true representation of our customer service or quality of items.
