I ordered three of these items for my Grandkids back in October and I have jet to receive them. I have been trying to contact these people but to no avail. I don't have any information except when I screenshot it when I purchased them. They and their Company is a scam I think because why not send what people ordered; because clearly they received the money. I will never order anything else from them.

Never received the product. After dozens of "chats" was told the package was destroyed during shipping. Dozens of "Chats" later, no response. Never order from this company.

Ordered the planetarium ceiling projector… not packaged properly and arrived in a box that was very damaged. Junky quality. Squeaks occasionally while in use. Now I see they don’t offer refunds. Beware of all these companies that advertise on FB - it’s the Wild West. Most are not reputable - check them independently and review their refund policies.
(In their ad they are 100% 5-star reviews, of course. And my honest review I submitted did not get shared 🙄)

I placed an order and it was confirmed on 10/23/2022. I lost $123 as the order has yet to be fulfilled or shipped. I have contacted this company on a near daily basis via email and their sketchy Chat. Lavish Costumes does not have a Costumer Service phone number. I have NEVER received a response from them. I contacted them yet again today and am going to call the Better Business Bureau to report them.

This company is a scam. I lost $124 and I suppose I should be grateful that is all I lost. I had to pull teeth to find out my order #, and when I tried to find out what happened to my order I was told that order # didn't exist. Oh, and the order was for a Christmas present for two little girls. If you're thinking about ordering from them, think again. Then think again.

This company is a real fraud, they only took my money and never reported the shipment, I have tried to contact them and they never respond. school scam

Placed order 10/26/22 (13 left in stock) got a shipment confirmation on 11/ 09/22. Today is 11/21/22 still haven't received my order...just wondering if it's on Orion spacecraft when it returns from the moon!

They took my money and won’t send product. My sister ordered from here as well for my Neice and they sent the product 5 weeks late and was 2 sizes to small. They won’t refund or accept the product back nor try to make it right.

They take your money but will never send product. Stay way. They will not give money back.

Ordered a dress off this so called company, made payment after 3 weeks dress has still not been received. I have contacted them via email on numerous occasions and no reply

Hugely disappointed in these very expensive costumes. Each time I tried to leave a comment on the Facebook page it got taken down straight away. My youngest daughters costume was so small, despite following the measurements guide when ordering. The photos on the website do not reflect the quality that you get. I am so upset as these cost so much money. When I asked to return they said no and point blank refused to deal with me. They blocked me on Facebook. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have bought Maleficent evil costume for my daughter . I am happy with the quality of the fabric .
