I cannot believe this "company" is allowed to exist! Please, folks, DO NOT ORDER anything from them. Everything the other reviewers are saying is true. I ordered an item--around $30.00--and what they sent wasn't remotely close to what was ordered.
Looking at all of these responses, I wonder if a class-action lawsuit could be filed against them. This isn't right, and they need to be made an example of. Unbelievable!

This is a scam website. Do NOT order from here. I ordered a taser ring and all they sent was a normal ring!

I would give it a cero if I could. I encourage people to not buy anything from this store. They appear to be scammers. I ordered an item and they sent me something totally different that does not even do or have the same function. I sent them the evidence as soon as I received the package (pictures and the screenshot of what I ordered VS what I received, and they had the nerve to tell me that they shipped the correct item. And they do not do returns or refunds. Plus the item that I did receive, that I don't even need probably cost less than half of what I paid for the correct item.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. SCAM... Wrong product delivered. picture and video attached but reply "we have confirmed that the item delivered to you is indeed correct hence, no action is required from our end" . Beside this, bank deduct extra money. Total purchased is USD 48.44, but charge SGD78.68. SCAMMER.... DEVIL..... Order no.: #LOVL07754138

I wish it was a review rating less than one star that is exactly what I would be giving this online store because I was truly misled and scammed I'm letting you all know who's reading these reviews do as I'm doing contact the Attorney General

NEVER EVER buy anything from this SCAM company, the item I ordered was dented upon arrival and doesn't work. I wasn't looking for a refund but just a replacement, they wont replace it as it was delivered to me. WHAT THE HELL, yes it was delivered but it's broken.

It’s a scam. They don’t send you what you ordered. They just send some cheap rubbish. This is blatant ripping people off.

Ordered a product and received something totally different. It was their mistake and they won't exchange it or refund me.

NEVER...I REPEAT.. NEVER. purchase anything from thus scam company. It is absolutely a scam. Just look at their web site. They do not accept returns & no refunds after your item has been delivered. No cust. Service either. I ordered an item and they sent me some cheap low quality kind of knock off thing which was nothing like what I ordered and all they coukd say was.. oh well. No recourse. Believe me this is a scam.. please spread the word and shut these scammers down!

Like everyone else I agree to everything they are saying. I received what I thought was a molecular de-icing instrument and it turned out to be gel deodorizer (in the same packaging mind you) instead. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE BS! I have been pressing and pressing, because they send the same email every time (from a different sender - Deanna, Elise and Georgia seem to be the ones who reply). I have pressed and pressed then they say they will give you a refund of 10% back and you can keep the product. I let them know I was going to have my lawyer contact them and they instantly mentioned the refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been watching my credit card like a hawk to see if they take anything out. Temu stole almost a 1,000 from me, so I am watching this company. DO NOT ORDER! You order something and they send you something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT with the same packaging. Pictures will not help your cause.

This site is a scam don’t buy anything from them they are bunch of thieves !!!!!!

I was sent the wrong product. I contacted customer service and they asked for a photo of the wrong product and packing slip. After sending photos they said they did send the right product, which is not true. They refuse to do anything. I also noticed an additional charge of $60 on my credit card which I did not authorise. Stay away from these scammers!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
They show wonderful advertisements to get you to buy the product and when you receive what you think you have purchased it doesn’t match the description at all! When contacting them they make ridiculous statements and you neither get any sort of replacement offer or refund.
Do NOT trust the is company. You’ll just lose your hard earned money!

I was wondering about the autenticity of the product I was about to order and decided to check for other reviews outside their website before clicking the button to order. When I returned to their website I realised the order was already done without my consent. I don't know how this was done but I got furious because they charged me for a product I didn't have the intention to buy anymore. To make things worse I received a product that doesn't correspond at all to what they anounced. I think all of us should join to inprison these scammers.

Complete scam. Never ever order from them

Ordered Light therapy device, Lavieron sent wrong model. The model they sent had no instructions and no on/off button as advertised. Payment was taken twice. Contacted Levieron to complain and credit for overcharge, I have not received a reply. Customer service is non existent. I would not recommend this company.

Same story as many others here. Ordered one item (toenail fungus light therapy device) received another (pulse oximeter, same as others here). When customer service was contacted, they claim the product shipped was correct. When pressed further they offered me 10% off. Absolute premeditated scam.

The item y ordered had to come from china, and instead of the item they put in an other thing, now lavieron is saying that they did the right order, and consider that it is not there responsibility based on the evidence I send, like pictures of what I received and the transport ticket. So this was the first time and the last, and going back to Amazone a responsible company. Don´t buy in Lavieron This is how they answered
