scam website. They show legit job offer. However the scam is that if you want to apply they ask you to submit your info, resume, etc then once you submit they write something like "you also need to apply on the company posting". There is a valid link to the original posting that the company did. Lavente is just trying to gather information and is putting themselves between you and the real company that posted the job offer.
So now lavente has your info, resume etc and they are going to sell it or whatever. I have warned some legit companies that their posting were there and none of them were aware and they never got my resume through them. I don't know if all the posting on their site are scam like this, but the ones I came across were like that.
If you get on their site, look for the original posting using google and leave this site.
