Been waiting for items since February

Been waiting for items since February. Have emailed and phoned and no response. At the moment over £100 out of pocket. Not sure if the company is struggling but I wish they would just be honest with their communication.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I bought quite an expensive T-shirt (more than £50) and I have to say when I got it, I loved the feel and the fit - it really was a lovely piece of clothing (or so I thought). So, despite the not insignificant cost, over the next month or two, I bought another 5 in different colours, as I thought they were really perfect. I think left a glowing review! Unfortunately I should have waited.
What was not immediately apparent is the Cotton/Modal fabric was just incredibly fragile; after just a few weeks I noticed one had a number of small holes in the centre, middle of the T-shirt. I think it must have been caused by trouser buttons, or belt buckle - so I took a look at the other Tshirts and 3 of them had similar damage! Now given I'd only had the T-shirts for a short time and I have a lot of other clothes, I estimate that I'd only worn the 3 T-shirts maybe 4-5 times (one of the three, probably no more than a couple of times). I'm completely astonished that they became so damaged after so few wearings.
As I say, I have a lot of clothes, some I've had for a long time, and I have not had any of them become damaged in this way???
I think, the quality of the fabric may 'feel' nice, but is simply not fit for purpose.
Also I contacted the Customer Services department to inform them - I wasn't even asking for my money back (now reading some of the other reviews, I'm wondering why I didn't!). I suppose I'd had the T-shirts for 3-4 months and I felt too much time had elapsed; but really - paying over £50 for T-shirt and it doesn't even survive half a dozen wearings. Anyway, I thought I would advise Customer Services of their poor resilience, foolishly I thought they might be interested. Absolutely not - not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. They present quite a restrained, up-market Company image, but I feel really ripped off. NOT A GOOD COMPANY, save your money.

Horrible quality and customer service.

Before purchasing, I tried to get some information about their materials and production, the women who I talked to through email and online chat were impolite and seemed uninterested.
Purchased a white cotton modal blend t shirt last year, worn a few times and it already pills crazily and show sweat stains on the back and armpit. Already thrown away having it for a month. Most of my clothes are made of cotton modal blend, I washed them in a mesh bag in cold wash, none of them pills and are in brilliant condition after years of wear.
I should have never placed an order knowing how rude and unhelpful the customer service ladies were.

Rubbish company. Avoid.

I bought and paid for a top from here and when it was delivered I didn't think the quality was great so I decided to return it. I didn't even try it on.
I returned it within one day. When I bought the top, they gave me free delivery as it was over £50 but I paid £3.95 to return it (which I expected) using their label provided.
Returned it on the 2nd September, had no confirmation of their receipt by the 12th September so I chased it up by calling customer service.
They told me they would check with their warehouse to see if they had it back, even though it had been 10 days since I returned it and I had proof of postage.
The next day I got a notification to say I had a refund from them (13th September) and I am STILL waiting for the refund to clear today on the 22nd September!
Still haven't got my money back from the 2nd September all in all.
Baring in mind they've also taken postage BOTH ways off the total of my refund!
I paid £55 they've refunded £45 which as I said I have yet to receive.
Rubbish company.

Poor customer service

I have a shoddy product from this company. They have point blank refused to accept that there can be anything wrong with it. After some discussion they said I could send it back at my expense and they will make their own inspection. That seemed to me totally weighted in their favour. I have offered photos which would clearly demonstrate the problem and also offered a resolution where they agree to donate the price of the jumper to a charity of my choice. However this compromise was proposed on 14th March and they have not given an answer. So having had a disappointing experience with a not inexpensive item bought from this company, I am now experiencing a very cavalier and unreasonable customer service response.
