Nightmare, do NOT order from them!
Sizing guide all wrong so no matter what you get the wrong size dress, dress comes not even looking like the picture it is so tacky, and customer service is a nightmare to get even a partial refund. Avoid at all costs, they must have bots writing good reviews because this has been a terrible experience.

Hard to return
It's very hard to return something to this company. They tried to give me some discounts to keep the dress, but the dress is not suitable so I want to return it. They are only offering an 85% refund and then I also have to pay about $30 for shipping to China. I asked for a return address in the states but they said they wouldn't do that. So I will be losing quite a bit of money. No where on their website did I see that I would have to pay shipping to China. Very disappointed.

Beware of this company! The dress I got was far from the look…
The dress I got was far from the look that was pictured on the website. The lace and chiffon were of inferior quality and the dress itself was not well made. It may have been worn before because it had no tags and looked very crumpled.
The return process is impossibly complicated and expensive and is entirely the customer’s responsibility. They essentially force you to keep the dress you don’t want and they keep most of your money. Do not order from this company! There are much better and fairer companies to order from.

Courier arrives on time
I was worried this dress wouldn't arrive in time, but it came right within the estimated window. It was a little wrinkled, but after hanging it for a bit, the creases just fell out on their own.

Terrible company with a terrible…
Terrible company with a terrible attitude to returns. They will not give you a refund although the website says you can return for a refund. They send you around the houses with questions and will not give you a returns address. The dresses are made in China. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if your dress is not right for you then you lose your money, as you will not get a refund only a battle.

Do not consider purchasing from this company. Their website Laveliya Australia - this is a chinese compamy mass producing dresses. Quality and sizing is terrible. DO NOT TRUST their sizing guide. They return policy is a SCAM, they don't want the goods returned and countless emails to get a return address only to find postage extortionate back to China. DO NOT BE SCAMMED Australian residents. The dresses I purchased are only fit to be binned. These companies need to be reported to Australian Standards. Don't waste your time posting a nothing comment Laveliya to my review which you have done on all negative reviews. Paid $464 and refunded 50% less postage - $198.40.

Wasn’t the perfect fit but good customer service
I purchased my wedding dress from here. I did the custom ordering. It came very quickly with no issues during shipping. I have the review a 3 star because the dress was too short. And too large in places. When I emailed the company to discuss the issue, they responded quickly. They are trying to work with me as I offered to purchase the same exact dress again as the dress did not work out.

Disgusting dress disgusting customer service
Bought a dress from here, arrived and sadly due to a parents death I was unable to open and return in 14 days as specified in their policy. I explained the dress didn’t fit and was poorly made and I hadn’t had time to even open it due to parents death, could I now return and I would be happy to send proof of circumstances to be told bluntly the policy is the policy. I’ve been in regular emails stating they are in fact not acting legally re statutory law and I keep getting the same response from vicky who has the morals and compassion of a brick wall. Utter scam and garbage.
Daughter (under 18) ordered dress. It arrived in a poor condition, didn't fit, was different from the colour shown. Went through the returns process to find there wasn't a returns process and been given the runaround until they offered 15% but she had to pay the postage back to China. Which I'm sure they'll then recycle back into stock and resell to another unsuspecting victim. Looking to see what we can do about reclaiming through the card she paid on instead.

Update 9/7/25 : The response below is their stock response, but I would recommend that you do not take no for an answer. I have been in daily contact for a week emailing their customer services team and after several days of pushing UK consumer law they have agreed to refund the full amount (although I have to cover the postage back to China). It now remains to be seen whether the dress is received or the refund is processed. I will advise here.

This company is a complete scam. ordered a dress for my daughter's prom paid for expedited shipping that guaranteed receipt by 5/21/25. If I could put a negative I would. Dress was not at all what I ordered. Return policy is the worst I have ever seen. This is the response from LaveliyaCA.
If you need to return the item, 15% of the item price will be charged for restocking fee
(Including re-inspection, sanitization,dry cleaning,storage management),and shipping fees will be paid by customers.

I ordered two dresses and received one
I ordered two dresses as I am getting married abroad on the beach, and then having a reception back in the uk. Package arrived today and there is only one dress! The most expensive of the two dresses isn’t there, and there was only one tracking number. I am now extremely anxious whether I will have my dress for my big day which is not an ideal experience.
I have sent more than one email and tried to contact through social media channels. I hope Laveliya will rectify this issue urgently. Coming from a network of well known reviewers and influences I hope to be able to share a positive viewpoint.
To update Laveliya have now replied the next day and provided a second tracking number saying the second dress was sent separately. Fingers crossed!

Dress was disgusting nothing like the pictures and wrong size.
Emailed them and they wouldn't give me a returns address and asked me to keep the dress even though it didn't fit ( WTF ) I was asked to send pictures of my self wearing tight clothing so they could judge my size ( wow ).
Email after email and they said i could return it at my cost, then they would only give me 85% refund as they had to handle the dress 🤣
Ended up getting my bank ( Santander) to retrieve the full amount and print out the emails as proof.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would have.
