Because carrier's facility is being overloaded, they need more time than usual to deliver your order. We understand this must be a disappointment but rest assured that we did not expect this to happen.
As we checked, we did reply your email to inform the status of the package on August 8th, please help us check Spam box or promotion folder to find that email.
Carrier's website displays that they succeeded to deliver this order to your address on August 18th. If your still have not received it, please help us contact carrier to rectify the issue.
Tried to up the price after I paid…
I ordered a shirt from there and they emailed me asking for $15 more because there was a mistake with the billing on the website. I looked and the website said the same price I payed. I think this is a total scam. After reading reviews I'll be shocked if I actually get a refund or my order. This is a garbage company and a total scan. Stay away!

Terrible company to do business with
Terrible company to do business with. They cancelled my order and never informed me that they weren't going to send it. Then they use a horrible third party to process transactions and I still haven't received a refund. Overall will never use this company and I suggest never making a purchase with this company.

Do not purchase anything from this company!!! They are disgusting and an outright scam! Based in Asia not Connecticut. Product is garbage. Size guide is not even close and customer service is non existent. They have absolutely zero interest in customer satisfaction. My hoodie was poor material and the size guide was t even close. 2” smaller in all dimensions. No exchange, no refund, no customer service except for pathetic empty apologies. They are disgusting people ripping people off everyday. STAY AWAY!!!

Regarding our dimensions, the size chart and also material did clearly mention in the description so we cannot accept a return item when we delivered the correct size. Moreover, the accepted size disparity is about 0,4 to 1,2 inches so we cannot support to exchange the new item. Buyer beware! This company is a SCAM! Ordered a shirt that took a month to ship, only to receive a shirt that was nothing like the one I ordered. They so kindly offered me a $10 refund. For a shirt I didn’t order! Then they upped the refund offer to $15. They were so apologetic but refused to allow me to return item for a full refund. I have now escalated this to my credit card company to dispute!
